I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi linked (Sbi) for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction successful" into [protected]@axisbank. Debited amount - 1, 513, date and time :12 april 2019, 06:13 pm and transaction id p1904121813164480838864. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction....

On the date of 8th april 2019 i booked 6 tickets of train nagpur delhi (Ndls) worth rupees 8439/- with booking id ixitr[protected]. But the payment got failed and the money has been deducted. My money hasn't been refunded yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It's very urgent. The money has been deducted and the payment is failed. It has been 4 days and there is not any information about my refund. They haven't even given a message...

Ixigo spoil my whole business trip
Such a # company it is.
They don't have a time to pick up the call
The say that your ticket is booked and confirmed and payment is done then immediately ticket is cancelled and the tell us to do payment again to book your previous ticket money will be refund in 5 days but refund is not done yet
They tell us that our ticket is canceled but pnr number show the confirmation of ticketbr...

My ticket is not confirmed but still the amount of 454.18 was deducted from my account *5403 on 8 april as i have booked my ticket form ixigo app then for payment option i have chosen pytm payment bank which taken but there transaction got failed but still the amount was deducted and on ixigo app it is not showing anything related to booking so i request to refund the amount deducted

I booked my ticket from by mistake from lucknow to belthara road ballia then i have to cancelled my train ticket from lucknow to belthara road i got a message that my money will be refunded back to my account within five days from booking but after ten days of cancellation of my ticket, my money has not been refunded to my account. I booked 1 ticket from ujjen to bhilwara for 8 april2019 in 19712 bhopal jaipur express, order id (Ixitr[protected]). I booked on 7th april at about1:29 pm, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. Refund my money back as soon as possible as message was sent from ixigo team on 31st march 2019 about to refund my money back in 72 hrs but yet i had not got. I have not received my refund money for failed booking of trains on 30th march, 2019, in status it is showing that refund money is processed but it has not credited to my bank account yet within promised 5days...
