I wished to book a sleeper ticket in kanyakumari express (Mumbai CSMT -Thiruvananthapuram Central)on[protected]:47PM
they failed to book the ticket, but they took money from my account, they didn't refund the money within 5 days
IXITR[protected] is the order ID
then i tried instant refunding methods its also not working,
then i tried to contact them, there is no effective customer care provided by them

I recently had tried to book train ticket from Salar to Howrah through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs.2475 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me .....

I booked a train ticket from Bhatapara (BYT) to Rourkela (ROU) in South Bihar Express on 31st March 2019 at 10:44 AM yesterday, amount been deducted and neither get ticket confirmation nor a transaction history in your app.
I have all the screenshot and upi reference id as well. But there is no revert from ixigo side. I just want my amount back.First time i booked from ixigo trains and its a really bad experience....

I recently had tried to book train ticket from bharatpur to nizamuddin through ixigo train app and gone for upi phonepe payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs1500 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.

I'm manimaran yadav. I tried to book a ticket today 29th march from nizamuddin to kankavali of 31st of march of travel. The train number is 12618. During booking payment for ticket be completed via upi transaction, but during typing password and captcha page it's get too late.. So page gets closed and booking for my ticket is pending. I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed no error. Debited amount - 2105.49, date and time : 27 march 2019, 21:45 pm and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. I had booked a train from ndls to bsb on 15/03/19.. N my seat was not confirmed. I didn't get back my money.. I got this message

Pnr [protected] cancelled being waitlist after chart preparation, amount 2, 130 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.

After waiting 3-4 days i didn't get my money back it's 10 and i am waiting but my mai didn't get back in to my account...

I will make my tickets for ixigo.. First time i cancelled tickets... Tickets money got deducted from my account but after cancellation of tickets... Money never get returned to my account... I mailed twice to ixigo... There is no reply from ixigo end... And i don't know there customer care no to contact... I only request you to return my money back at my account...
