I had booked 2 train tickets from ixigo, from Delhi(NZM) to Mumbai(BDTS) on 12.03.2019 for rs.2049.80 via internet banking SBI, transaction having reference no.[protected]IGAFPUBNZ4, but the tickets didn't get confirmed . And ixigo didn't even displayed that amount has been deducted. Despite the fact of non confirmation, the said amount was deducted, refund has also not been initiated.

so pls help me AND book my tikit. or refund my payment .
