[Resolved]  Ixigo — I didn't get my money back

Address: SH 5/12-D21 PRATAP NAGAR COLONY,LAXMANPUR,SHIVPUR,VARANASI, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 221009

I had booked a train from ndls to bsb on 15/03/19.. N my seat was not confirmed. I didn't get back my money.. I got this message

Pnr [protected] cancelled being waitlist after chart preparation, amount 2, 130 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.

After waiting 3-4 days i didn't get my money back it's 10 and i am waiting but my mai didn't get back in to my account

I have booked three train tickets but I have to cancel them all because I forgot my password that's transaction from my bank account took place but my tickets didn't booked so I want refund of them all as soon as possible

Sir I book a ticket of train no 12046 Satabdi exp. Train booking still show pending but payment deducted FM my card

On 24 February 2019 money debited from my account two no of times but not booked the ticket

money debited total rs11980/-
after 23 days not back the money

on 24 February debited from my account and ticket not confirmed i mail several times to irctc but not satisfactory
and not refund my money my booking id was IXITR83369201087 AND IXITR83398876035 PLEASE HURY UP SO THAT I GET RETURN MY CASH
