My pnr for cancelled ticket is [protected]. As per the ixigo cancellation policy mentioned along with the ticket, if the ticket was cancelled before 16:07 on 15th november, rs 130 would be charged as a cancellation charge. I cancelled the ticket on 15 nov at 13:00 hrs and no amount is being refunded.
Why am i being charged the complete amount as a cancellation charge?
Please deduct rs 130 as the cancellation charge and refund the pending amount at the earliest.

    I had booked my flight from mumbai to varanasi viz vistara on monday 11th november 2019 for two person and cancelled immediately but still not received any refund. I've tried to contact through calls several times but unable to get any positive response. Please check with the trip id if[protected] and let me know the status of the same.

      During booking the round trip flight from delhi to mumbai, an amount of 5967 was debited from my account during payment on november 15, 2019, friday, 09:54 pm. The transaction was shown to be successful in the payment app and in the ixigo app, but ixigo did not give a conformation of the ticket or refund the money. I want the ticket confirmation immediately or the refund asap.

        I booked a ticket on 12 nov through google pay upi from ixigo but the money was deducted and then there was no history of my booked ticket. Need confirmation of my ticket... Or else need my refund. I am in a limbo here and have no idea whom to contact and how to contact. Atleast put your email id in your stupid app.

          Was booking tickets through (Ixigo train app)
          On date 7/11/19 booking got failed but have been debited amount of 570.40 from google pay payment method on failed transaction
          I mailed to ([protected]@ixigo.com)
          But no response from any through mail.
          And even tried calling on this autogenerated number [protected]
          In voice call they mention if booking failed amount will be auto refund in 7 day but still no refund

            I have tried to book a ticket using ixigo app in my phone. I have been using this application for a very long time.
            For the first time i am facing this situation that money got deducted and i have not received my ticket..

            Please ensure to rectify this problem as soon as possible.. I have booked two tickets of 834₹.

            Money was debited from the account and the ticket was not confirmed. Please please give me a refund as soon as possible and it has not happened once or twice. It has happened two times in my day.

              While booking a flight I made the payment from my UPI app but after that it took me to the app's Home Page. There was no notification or message from Ixigo but the amount has been deducted from my account.
              I couldn't find any customer helpline no. The only thing provided was an email address.
              I have sent a mail with snapshot of my payment details but I'm still waiting for a reply. Required to book this on an urgent basis.
              Can I please get a quick resolution to this?

                I have book a flight ticket on 26 october 2019 and cancelled it on after 20 minutes airline company refund it to ixigo company but after 15 days no refund is processed and not giving proper resolution. Iam so much fed with this type of services from company. I have talked in customer care and mailed it several times but no one is proper resolution. Pls do the needful.

                    Hello. I tried to book my train ticket through the ixigo app. The app prompted me that i can pay using the upi id. But after the transaction and after the money has been deducted, the app did not recognize that payment has been done. It remained in the previous page. There is also no transaction history in the app or any failed payment history to help me apply for a refund. I have attached a picture of the transaction. Kindly do the needful and refund the sum as soon as possible. Thanks.

                      I tried to book a train ticket using the app from dindigul to Chennai but after the payment (which I had done using my upi id) the page did not load and detucted. The money has not been refunded nor is the ticket booked. I checked with the railways the money is stick with ixigo. I have also not received any email regarding this.I request you to look into this and refund the sum thanks. I have attached a picture of the transaction.

                        There is no failed booking info in the app to raise a refund complaint.
                        -your services are good when it comes to booking tickets etc., but it's really frustrating that there is no actual person we can talk to when there is such a situation.

                        My money has been deducted for the Train Tickets. But In app there is no transaction history, Tickets or any PNR no. Ixigo doesn't have any good customer service . I am trying to get connected with them . I want my money back as soon as possible.

                          Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done. Amount deducted is rs.313.68/- on 11.11.19. Please either book my tickets or refund the money asap

                            I cancelled my trains on 5july 2019 having pnr no. [protected] ndls to cnb with order id ixitr[protected] and on 4july 2019 having pnr no. [protected] anvt to cnb with order id ixitr[protected] as i had already talked to irctc customer care in response they had already initiated my refund but it's still not reflecting in my account, return my refund as soon as possible or i have to take legal actions

                              I was booking a train ticket through ixigo app and it sent me a upi request towards the booking amount for the train ticket, my booking was ongoing and i approved the upi request and immediately everything on ixigo app regarding the booking disappeared and i was left with nothing. Ixigo says it is only a search engine, then why would a search engine accept money towards its own account "[protected]@axisbank". I want my refund asap....

                              I had tried to book train tickets on ixigo app, transaction got failed but money was deducted from my account on 20/10/19. I have also mailed ixigo twice but till date no response aslo submitted the feedback form but still no reply, as highly disappointed with the service please provide the refund asap.

                                    Hi,
                                    On 3rd November 2019, i was booking a ticket from bangalore to secunderabad when i opted for UPI payment and paid an amount of Rs 5101.87/- . Transaction was successfull and money got debited but when i returned to ixigo app. App crashed and it refreshed where i lost the booking window and it failed. Please find the transaction details below:

                                    There is no booking id or trip id for the same and i cannot see any details of this transaction in the ixigo app. Also i have not received any mail or sms for this failed transaction. This feels like i have been cheated. Kindly issue the refund immediately.

                                      I was trying to book 2 tickets from chandigarh to subzi mandi on 2.11.2019 on train number 12058 una delhi shtbdi, i tried the transaction twice and on both the occasions money was debited from account but ticket was not booked and even money hasn’t been received in the account as refund. Kindly update me with the current status of transaction. Photos of payment receipts are attached herewith.

                                      I tried to book a train ticket from Guntur to Lingampally. I have selected the payment mode as UPI and paid through G Pay. Amount for this ticekt was 1056.38 for which the transaction id was[protected]. This transaction was successfull but I have not been issued a ticket. Moreover this transaction was not reflecting in IXIGO account
                                      I have not received the refund even after 7 days. I had train booking and it could not be confirmed the details are as below given .
