I booked a flight from indore to bangalore for the date 24th january 2019 from """ixigo"""app. 3235/- rs. Debited from my account but ticked not booked and payment also not refunded. I want my money, need help.
Payment done for indigo flight no. 6e 703 at 10:55 am.
""ixigo"" app also not providing any type of help or contact details.
They are looting the customers.
I need my money back. Please help me....

I am piyush and i filed tdr against my pnr no.[protected] to irctc. After sometime they gave me a transaction i'd of payment but i didn't get my refund amount into my account. I mailed to irctc but they told me to contact to ixigo.

I made a transaction from ixigo through phone pe. I logged in using irctc id. All the details were filled appropriately and the payment gate was also opened as usual. Amount got debited but i couldn’t find any ticket or other details. I didn’t get ticket in my mail either. As my money is debited and ticket is not booked, please refund my money of 1097.35 rupees as soon as possible. This is my transaction id: c1912162003012040800675...

I tried booking ticket from Tirupathi to Dharmavaram on 9th of dec 2019. When I was paying through UPI money got debited from my account and successfully credited to your account but ticket didn’t get book. The transaction itself is not showing in Ixigo transactions history. Kindly initiate the refund.

I had booked a train ticket through this app wherein the amount had got deducted through upi i. E google pay but the app showed some error and prompted me to make the payment again...
The ticket did not get booked but the amount of 667 was deducted and not yet refunded...
The ticket was from cstm to brahampur orissa

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but the ticket was not booked and in ixigo, there is no information about booking but in googlepay statement its showing "payment received by ixigo". Debited amount - 1539.66, date and time:14 dec 2019, 01:21pm and upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id cicagkcoip2udw. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction....

I booked at flight today at 3.20 in the noon. The flight details are as follows:-flight: 6e801
Scheduled travel date :12th jan from bombay to raipur.
Amount of rupees 3799 has been deducted from my sbi account, but flight confirmation has not been provided.
Also in my ixigo app my future trip tab is showing a blank page. This scheduled trip is not listed in it.
Please do the needful at the earliest possible....

Today i tried to book return flight from bombay to delhi for dates 15th dec and 22nd dec from ixigo website.
I had made the payment of 8163 rs using upi and amount was deducted from my account.
However there was no update regarding the booking on the website and i did not received any confirmation message or email.
So i am not sure whether the booking is done or not.

Before 2-3 days i booked a flight to imfal to delhi. But my surname is wrong so i talk to indigo customer care so they are telling that you have booked a another flight within one hour and provide us pnr. Then you get full refund of flight ticket.

I just spoke to customer care executive of ixigo and got a confirmation that remaining refund amount which needs be given is pending from refund team. Please expedite this request and do the needful. Also, she told that this case will be notified to refund team as well.

Te69wq on 1st december, 2019 through ixigo mobile app. While cancelling my ticket, the mobile screen was shown as the cancellation charges for rs.3000/- + 273/- i had agreed to proceed the cancellation of the above ticket. After the cancellation i got a message in my mobil no.[protected] the refunded amount would be rs.751/-. And i got the amount in my account of rs.751/ today.

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but i received the message, its showing payment of rs. 598.31 using olamoney postpaid for your transaction eirc-cd85-0knz on ixigo is successful. Debited amount - 598.31, date and time :29 nov 2019, 4:47 pm. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction....
