haven't been refunded specified amount

Sir/madam,
I had booked flight ticket on 5th october and due to inconvenience i had cancelled my flight ticket with pnr no. H72rqv on 15th october i haven't received 2656 inr as refund till to date. I also tried on customer care numbers to talk to the customer care executive and get problem resolved but i couldn't get the line. It was either busy or unattended. I kindly request you to look into the matter and help the needful....

my booking got declined need money back

Was trying to book flight money is deducted from my account, while I used bhimupi app, but ixigo declined my booking can I get money back soon, confirm me if I am getting my money back, make sure I get .. I need to use it for my further booking, I chose ixigo as a trusted app I dint know it can be thins, disappointed.

refund enquiry against incorrect irctc user id, payment got deducted from upi id (g-pay)

This is in regards to my pending/ failed booking via ixigo train against my

Trip id - ixitr[protected]
Payment id - 689db6k49mnq0waa4r

Train no 12289 - csmt ngp duronto

I have mistakenly entered incorrect irctc user id and the amount rs. 2640.40 got deducted from my upi id.

The booking is still showing pending and transaction time for irctc password...

I would booked a train ticket on 10.11.2019. There was a problem with my booking. Money will deducted, but there is not refund after 11 days. I get the message from ixigo on 11.11.2019. If money has been deducted from your account, your money will automatically be refunded...

Even after successfully payment my booking was in pending status there no option in Ixigo app that i can get help from that

ixigo- money debited while booking airline tickets again, no ticket confirmation or refund

I had tried booking a Delhi to bombay and back round trip airline ticket again just now, on 16th November 2019 10:30 PM for an amount of 6299, after the same transaction via Ixigo failing just the day before because it was very URGENT and it failed AGAIN. Please issue the proper ticket or give back the refund immediately. This is not acceptable. Please do the necessary immediately....

train ticket - refund discrepancy

My pnr for cancelled ticket is [protected]. As per the ixigo cancellation policy mentioned along with the ticket, if the ticket was cancelled before 16:07 on 15th november, rs 130 would be charged as a cancellation charge. I cancelled the ticket on 15 nov at 13:00 hrs and no amount is being refunded.
Why am i being charged the complete amount as a cancellation charge?
Please deduct rs 130 as the cancellation charge and refund...

refund on cancellation issue

I had booked my flight from mumbai to varanasi viz vistara on monday 11th november 2019 for two person and cancelled immediately but still not received any refund. ixigo - money debited while booking airline tickets, no ticket confirmation or refund

During booking the round trip flight from delhi to mumbai, an amount of 5967 was debited from my account during payment on november 15, 2019, friday, 09:54 pm. The transaction was shown to be successful in the payment app and in the ixigo app, but ixigo did not give a conformation of the ticket or refund the money. I want the ticket confirmation immediately or the refund asap....

I booked a ticket on 12 nov through google pay upi from ixigo but the money was deducted and then there was no history of my booked ticket. Need confirmation of my ticket... Or else need my refund. I am in a limbo here and have no idea whom to contact and how to contact. Atleast put your email id in your stupid app.

refund related issue and failed booking

Was booking tickets through (Ixigo train app)
On date 7/11/19 booking got failed but have been debited amount of 570.40 from google pay payment method on failed transaction
I mailed to ([protected]@ixigo.com)
But no response from any through mail.
And even tried calling on this autogenerated number [protected]
In voice call they mention if booking failed amount will be auto refund in 7 day but still no...

I have tried to book a ticket using ixigo app in my phone. I have been using this application for a very long time.
For the first time i am facing this situation that money got deducted and i have not received my ticket..

payment deducted but no booking confirmation

While booking a flight I made the payment from my UPI app but after that it took me to the app's Home Page. There was no notification or message from Ixigo but the amount has been deducted from my account.
I couldn't find any customer helpline no. The only thing provided was an email address.
I have sent a mail with snapshot of my payment details but I'm still waiting for a reply. Required to book this on an urgent basis.br...

not getting refund from cancelled ticket.

I have book a flight ticket on 26 october 2019 and cancelled it on after 20 minutes airline company refund it to ixigo company but after 15 days no refund is processed and not giving proper resolution. Iam so much fed with this type of services from company. I have talked in customer care and mailed it several times but no one is proper resolution. Pls do the needful.

Hello. I tried to book my train ticket through the ixigo app. The app prompted me that i can pay using the upi id. But after the transaction and after the money has been deducted, the app did not recognize that payment has been done. It remained in the previous page. There is also no transaction history in the app or any failed payment history to help me apply for a refund. I have attached a picture of the transaction. Kindly do the needful...

I tried to book a train ticket using the app from dindigul to Chennai but after the payment (which I had done using my upi id) the page did not load and detucted. The money has not been refunded nor is the ticket booked. I checked with the railways the money is stick with ixigo. There is no failed booking info in the app to raise a refund complaint.
-your services are good when it comes to booking tickets etc., but it's really frustrating that there is no actual person we can talk to when there is such a situation.
