I purchased a fire TV stick device worth of Rs. 2499 from jio mart from my registered mobile no ([protected]) Order No:[protected]A Invoice No:[protected].
Product Delivered on[protected] at 8:39 P.M.

Jiomart cheated me 17990 prepaid order for hisense washing machine arrival on 11 th may
From 12 may they are just playing a game of 48 hrs resolution n scamming me
But no one is helping out
And when I said I want my refund they hang up the call
Now relaince is cheating people
This is how billions of money are made by scamming middle class families
N not refunding their money n not giving the productbr...

I ordered hisense washing machine on 8 of may everyday they delay the delivery when I said to cancel the order and give me my refund money they say they will send product in 48 hrs now it has been a limit of patience no one is helping out for returning money nor sending the washing machine...

Here I would like to inform you that I ordered a few items on 30th April 2022 but after 10 days I did not get an order till now. Lots of time i talk and complain to customer care and raise complaints in jio mart portal also. Lots of customer guys said " hum thode aayege aap ke ghar delivery karne " I know they will not come to my home for delivery. The last few days it's showing my order shipped but still not delivered....

I had ordered mango which was delivered on 1st May 2022, order no[protected]A, i had logged in by No [protected].
Jiomart refunded the amount to no [protected], whcih i was holding 1.5 years back and had surreneded 1.5 years back.
Further Jiomart customer service is constantly repeating that since i have raised the complaint from [protected] hence they have refunded to the said no.
I dont have the no in my possession,...

In 2021 Jiomart introduced a feature called cashback where they give some percentage of our order value back in the form of cashback, Things started becoming fishy when they were showing me products to order and after i ordered it then they removed it from my order while processing it and returned that refund amount in form of cashback instead of returning it into jiowallet which is also integrated inside Jiomart since its launch, i thought...

I have ordered AC from Jiomart on 30thApril2022 and paid fully through GPAY of 28990 rs.. AC unit was supposed to be delivered on 02May2022. From 02May2022 everyday the delivery date is getting changed to next day. I have raised complaint, complaint number [protected] on 04May2022, they told within 48hrs they will rectify and till now more than thrice 48hours over and no resolution till now.. Today, i purchased goods from JioMart worth ₹1125. I was charged 28/- for the cotton carry bags (even though i used only one!). Charging for carry bags is unethical and illegal as per the decision of Consumer courts against Bata. I hope that you would take this seriously, refund money back and make the necessary changes before a PIL is filed.....

My order got declined but refund of Rs.129.57 not initiated yet...

Today I ordered a product of Rs.139.57 and there was further discount of Rs.10 and the net payment due was Rs.129.57 which was paid through Paytm and ordered got declined and refund not initiated...

I am a regular customer of Jio mart. Last month i have ordered my monthly groceries from jiomart and some of the items were missing from my orders. I raised complaint againt this and they gave me partial refund for this. I got only 97 rs refund for two items and three items refund was still missing. I raised tickets multiple time and they rrverted back with the rply that i will get my refund within 10 days. Now they have closed all the tickets...

Order declined but payment deducted...

This is regarding Order number :[protected]A, placed with JIOMART through the JIOMART app on 10th March 2022, which was cancelled by JIOMART on 23rd March 2022, but inspite of many calls and complaints the refund is not received till date for the cancelled products....

Order Number[protected]W was placed on 18-Jan-22, out of which the Shipment Number[protected]W-02 but was not delivered. As the order was not getting shipped, so I had raised several complaints regarding the delivery of the order.

One month later (in Feb 22), this order got cancelled and the reason was mentioned as "Returned" whereas the order was never shipped at all. The order was valued at Rs. 1783 but jiomart...
