Order got declined but refund not initiated

Yesterday I placed an order of Rs.108.57 and there was further discount of Rs.10 and ultimately I had to pay Rs.98.57 and I paid through online source but my order got declined and refund has not been initiated.
I called jiomart helpline many a times but still not my refund has been initiated...

Mentally tortured and non cooperative team and its response

I placed several orders from Jiomart and most of the time my order got cancelled without any intimation. I was waiting like a fool whole day but they never delivered the items. I files several complain via [protected]@jiomart.com but they told me this won't repeat it again. The delivery person which was assigned never pick my calls . I called him like 14 to 18 times and in the evening he switch off his phone and at last he cancelled or simply returned...

I have ordered a product on 21st March. Assured delivery date was 24th March and I have paid full amount for the product using Gpay. Till date 3rd May 2022 have not recieved product . I have sent several mails and reminders to Jiomart team on email ID [protected]@jiomart.com & [protected]@jiomart.com. they issue a ticket and I get a replay that product will be delivered in 2 days. Product not delivered but charged

Product not received but charged in bill... Local phone number not working. Central customer care not helpful asked me to wait for 4 days for someone to call back... Website states call within 72 hours... Only one phone number available! I am not sure if ever the issue will be solved
I was so far happy with jio services but now I don't want to continue! Poor customer care...

Dear Sir/ Mam,

Online fraud by jioMart whole opration team and delivery people and harm to me and my 11year old child.
We are try to complaint since 8april22 to till date no solution. Only arguments and argument by jiomart employee didn't returned my hardearn money of 3025/- also didn't given my product. Didn't reply on mail or any written only discuss one the call.
We have allready launch the online complaint...

Online shopping

I ordered saral home long curtain beige..
I had received the wrong product

So I gave return request...
I got SMS FROM Ecom DELIVERY EXPRESS

And went

I ordered saral home long curtain beige..

So I gave return request...
I got SMS FROM Ecom DELIVERY EXPRESS

Amount deducted but order not booked

Maine 23 April 2022 ko 05.34pm ko order book kiya jo failed ho gaya uski koi payment nahi cuti
But uske baad 08.39pm ko fir se order book kiya jiski payment Rs 1312.95 deducte ho gaya but order book nahi huwa nahi koi order id generate hui app ki jio mart me koi id generate nahi show ho rahi hai
Maine payment Phonepe se ki thi jisme clearly show ho raha hai first payment failed ho gayi but jo second attempt kiya...

Cashback didn't receive

I have buy tv from jiomart. After confirmation with jiomart customer case i have ordered against offer 5% cashback. Now they are declining that i will receive cashback. Now after 10-15 email conversation they accepted that mistake was made at their end, but i will not receive my cashback. I have proof of customer care recording as proof before placing order. This clear case of misleading....

1 Litre Item pack - not delivered - Oleev Active Oil

Only the 5 litres pack was delivered and the 1 litre pack was not delivered .

This same instance has also happened in the past where the 1 litre pack was initially not delivered and the amount was later refunded since the 1 litre pack was not available with them .

We have placed grocery items from Jiomart app on 18th Apr. When we ordered items, it was showing ETA as 20th April which they delivered on 21st Apr. Damaged MP sihore 10kg premium wheat

Unable to login to jiomart account from january 2022

I have complained regarding this issue through call on 20th January 2022, and also have a complain by mail on 16th February 2022, with the complain number in jiomart as [protected].
My complain was regarding login issue, whenever I am trying to login, it shows invalid login. And regarding this issue I have complained them 6 to 7 times but issue is not getting resolved....
