It's really disappointing.& shameful that despite sending all documents in original & duly acknowledged receipt of that by your office,. I m harassed again n again to send them for my claim no 16803756. Original stent cover, implant charges bill, breakup bill & all other original docs were duly received by your office. Either there is miscommunication or lack of doing your duties in ur office by staff or they r not capable of seeing docs...
