All necessary documents are received by ma bangalore team (Blue dart tracking number - [protected])
Have escalated the matter many times, called customer care over 100 times and wrote emails daily but no response.
Medi assist team nor the crm (Girish) trying to help in any way.
Very pathetic process and customer service....

delay in claim settlement. waiting since 50 days

Hi Team,
I have submitted my claim with medibuddy on 21-FEB-2018 and have been waiting till today with no progress and i have been calling MULTIPLE customer care agents and supervisors with zero progress regarding my claim.. i was told like 10 times from 10 different customer care executives that i would recieve a call back in 2 or 3 hours which never happened.

I would be more than happy of some one from here could...

New india assurance — cashless claim not settled for 3 months!

I have a mediassist card which is provided by my company (Tcs), and the insurance is with new india assurance company. I think i doing a big mistake to take your health policy for me.

I giving rrmbursement docs.in january to getting claim but toaday is ist april and calim is not passed till now.
This company is very bad when i call in customer care of this company he is not giving me a right suggestion and everytime say please wait for sime day your claim...

medi assist complaint | urgent

I opted out for parental top up plan.. But i dint get any confirmation. N by default now it is opted in. I don't want any topup plan for my parents. N so i don't want any deductions in my salary. Last month already 4000 got deducted n now there is no option or help available. This is how u people make money.

not proper criteria of bill reimbursement

The domiciliary claim that was lodged by my father has not been settled even after 6 months by the bangalore office. I have tried to phone their call center but i have not been successful in months now even after waiting for hours on ivr. I have been looking for an escalation matrix, but there is no information on the escalation matrix as well. Can you please help in getting the escalation matrix.

repudiation of my claim

I recently underwent d&c procedure at a clinic because of a missed abortion. I submitted relevant bills and report but my claim has been repudiated on the grounds that i was treated as out patient.
I was treated by my gynaecologist and procedures were carried out in a way she thought it would be correct.
Hence i was treated without being admitted or hospitalised as she thought it was not required.
