The insurance that i have taken is not being updated by Mediassist. Its been a month i have updated things from my end but nobody cares about responding to me. The insurance doesn't show the correct coverage. I had claimed a cashless but was not given complete payment because of their lack of timeliness. Very bad customer service from the Mediassist end. I had to take loans to pay the money to the hospital. What is the use of Cashless facility...

wrongly deduction of copay for claim id 16582335

There is a descripency in claim id 16582335 for copay of 2500 rs.
My claim id is 16582335
Intimation id: 10584736
I have talked to mediassist executive about maternity admition of mrs vandnaben bhavsar on[protected]between 8:00am to 9:00am and he has given me this intimation id. But by his mistake he raised intimation for my mother mrs devikaben bhavsar who is 46 years old.
How can a person raise a claim of maternity...

reimbursment claims/additional documents required

My claim no is 16631947. I have submitted (Date - 23/03/2018) all the documents & investigation reports in original & discharge diagonosis. But then again they ask for the same. I mail atlst 17/18 times & called 30 times. But nothing had been resolved till date. They never revert back. One week status shows pending next week it shows under processing. Then again show status pending. Kindly escalate the matter to higher official. Even i ask...

claim status no progress since past 4 months

My claim no re: reimbursement/claim no: 95212201 and claim no 95237609 has been not progressed even after providing all the required documents since january 2018. Whenever i mail them about the status the only reply i get is we will update/ progress the request in 4 to 5 business working day and then there is no reply after that... This loop is never ending and i do not understand why both claims are stuck.

Please escalate...

medi assist claim reimbursement

I got my son treatment, after treatment i send all documents to mediassistindia. But they are asking for room tariff. I approaced to hospital, hospital refused to provide so, as hospital had already provided all related room bills, medicine, diagonis bills in original. But no one from mediassist is ready to listen us and confirm directly from hospital....

I was asked to check if my inr of 61070 has been credited to my bank account... As i checked today, its not credited... Please hurry up the process as its already been too late and more than expected time
Its been very frustrating to wait for more than 2 months to receive the money

delayed in receiving my claimed amount

My claim number is 16421215 and its been approved more than 1 month back and everytime i call the insurance team... Am promised to receive the amount in the next 10 business days and no progress... Am fed up waiting.. Amount has been approved long back and i have not received my money even after more than 1 month.. Very disappointed with false promises.

pathetic response in processing claims and answering queries

This is animesh.
I'm working with wipro and have submitted claims. My claim is on hold and now closed for documents that i've already submitted. Customer care response is very poor in updating me with what is stopping reimbursement process now and i'm just put on hold everytime and the call gets cut. Please proceed my claim and stop fooling around...

unnecessary paper required for passing claim

We had a corporate tie up with mediassist. I have met an accident on 08th of feb 2018 on my way going of regional office ranch with the road divider in way of protectig a cow. Since after the accident i was unconsious and was referred to santae vita hospital ranchi.in the emergency there was a visiting doctor available at that time.
