I have ordered a shoes on 17th june, which was confirmed on 21st june. But still have not received the product and neither they sent me mails or messages regarding the same. Same product i have ordered even before, on 2nd june. Also i have not received the product and got no info for the same. All of a sudden it is showing that the previous order got cancelled.
Why are they making fool o[censored]s? If they don't have then why are they displaying...

On 26th june 2019, i received the delivery of one of the items (Corelle, white 6-pieces printed glass plates set) i had recently ordered in myntra on 21st june 2019. I wish to return it and get a refund as the design of the plate is not what i had ordered.

However, i'm unable to apply for the return as the barcode (U100da878) is not processed inspite of my numerous attempts. I'm also unable to use the facility of the help...

Myntra is one of the fraud company. I have raised a concern and they have been delaying it with out providing resolution for every 24 hours. I have created an account with incorrect mail id which has spelling mistake, myntra has accepted account and it allowed to purchase myntra credit of 5000 rs with out any verifying my mail id, now when i try to place order myntra is asking for otp which was sent to registered mail...

I had ordered 3 nirthaan from mantra during the sale time.. And i cancelled one of the kurthas after placing the order but the order wasn't dispatched or shipped. They said that the refund will be initiated in 7 to 10 days, but nothing has been done or notifies through sms or mail.
The other two nirthaan was shipped and reached before time, the quality was really bad and the sizes didn't match, when i tried to place a return option,...

I purchased products from myntra. One of the product was damaged. I requested for the replacement. The replacement was scheduled after 7 - 8 days. At the time of delivery the delivery guys was rude and said you need to come downstairs to pick the product but when i was there he left the place and when i call the guy he said i moved away but i did no received any message and call about the same. I had received delivery by myntra on june 26, 2019. Out of three items ordered, i had received delivery of only two items and one item was missing in delivery package. However, myntra is stating that all three items are delivered.
I had lodged the complaint regarding missing item to myntra customer care on the same day. Customer care executives informed me that my complaint will be resolved by june 29, 2019. However, i have not received...

I placed a dress for exchange as i ordered a size S which was too tight...i want the size M..The first day i could not take it as i was in work.but i confirmed to give it in the next day but from the second day, the message came that the product will be delivered ...but from the second day i got message that it is cancelled which i didnt cancel myself.. i need my dress asap....

I got the product delivered on 24th of june from myntra.. But as i was out of station... So it was dropped at my pg as per my instructions.. Yesterday as i unpacked it there was no product inside.. Except its packaging.. I already called the customer care... But there is no help yet... I never thought of that... This could also happen... So i didn't told anyone to unpack it... Plzzz do help soon...

I was supposed to get my order delivered by 6th june but havent got it yet. Myntra has not even shipped the order. I have made complaints everday since 7th june but they always want 24 hours to respond and never respond the other day. Not even are they cancelling my order so that i get my refund. This is customer harassment and cheating. I want this order cancelled today itself so that i get my refund.

I ordered 12 products for a sum of rs.6087 during 27th june out of which 4 items returned back to origin. The delivery date was mentioned as 28 the july but the delivery boy came soon. It is really annoying that he approached us only once and the product returned to origin after that. I want all those 4 products at the same price. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. I had placed a return request regarding order no.[protected]-7588601. I ordered olli women's navy blue and white printed sleep shorts olliwssb005 and olli navy blue and grey checked sleep shorts olliwbock004 but i received two different products instead of these. When i placed a return request it was put on hold because the product didn't pass the quality test. Inspite of repeated reminders the request has still not been entertained....

This is about my recent order which i have been ordered as on 20th june'19 and its 29th today i have not received the delivery of the product. Myntra a platform where deaf and dumb staff is working. The bloody delivery person is not taking calls and updating fake remarks about attempt for delivery. Ridiculous services i can ever expect from myntra. Aside of this being a customer why should i take the rude behavior of your so called delivery...
