I have ordered visudh peach colored kurthi on 22jun and they gave expected delivery date as 30-jun, i haven't received the product but they have marked it as delivered on jul 1st. I have spoken to myntra logistics people they said that they don't have the product and i called to the customer care, they are saying order was delivered. I haven't get any message or call before delivery and just got delivered email. I haven't seen such worst...

I had placed an order on june 25 and i have not received my order till date july 7. The delivery guy remarks as refusal or wrong address or wrong phone number all the time as he wants us to pick up at a different location where he stays. I gave several complains at call centre but no one is ready to give us solution. Myntra did not send my order nor refund my money 1250 yet. This seems to be fraud and unprofessional company. I have an placed an order on 4 july 2019 on myntra of ₹4201, amount deducted but order hasn't been placed. So i have contacted their customer care but the customer executive claims that they didn't received. But after contacting my bank they confirms that the amount has been transferred to myntra pvt ltd and also the bank employee said that as the amount has not been bounce back to me so definitely the amount has to be received by myntra...

I ordered a pair of shoes for which it was written "exchange only". Now when i wish to exchange it for a different size, myntra app is not allowing me to exchange it. It says pincode not servicable. When that product can be delivered to my address then why it cant be picked up from the same address for exchange?

Customer care did not provide any resolution....

I had placed an order for casio watch for my dear friend as birthday gift on 24 th of june, but today 7th july the status shows as cancelled without even prior information. Had called customer care, they simply say amount will be refunded ofcourse it is my hard earned money and it must be refunded, who will bear the interest lost. Very bad experience with myntra.
Till now amount has not been refunded....

I had placed an order on 6th july 2019.My amount got debited i got sms, 'We regret to inform you that your order was not placed as there was a problem processing payment. If the amount was debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded within 72 hours.'

I have not received any refund processing email following this incident. When will my amount be credited back into my account?...

I tried to order tommy hilfiger sunglasses on myntra. But i didnt get any order number and confirmation of placed order and amount is deducted from my card which is approximately 5000. This is really disappointing. Plz help me to place my order or refund my money. I am a regular customer of myntra online shopping website and all my orders were shipped on right time. I have spoken three times with their costumer executive, every time they are saying we will update you the delivery date within 24 hrs but till now there is no response. I am lahiri,
I ordered a pair of shoes for a dear friends bday, on june 2nd, the delivery should have been june 11th, it is july 7th and no delivery has happened, also i prepaid the order.
There is no proper support from myntra.
Cant cancel the order, nor do they have proper customer support, i dont even know how to get my money back.

I ordered kurta set from their mobile app on 20 th of June... 15 days later they apologised for late processing of order..
And today when I checked the app I saw the order has been cancelled automatically without my permission.
There was no notication for cancellation or warning about being less in stock, when the order was taken.
I want my kurta set as early as possible.....

I have ordered huge quantity on Myntra. They give 30 days return policy. But, they come up with feature to collect points on purchase. This feature does not have have cancel points if you have not liked product and wants to return it. When called at customer service, they say it is not returnable since points collected. I disappointed with your service. I bought a t-shirt and i get different one. When i exchange the order delivery boy didn't accept this t-shirt he say you have different t-shirt. When i call costomer care they also did not solve my problem. Now in return its show retur to origin... Its not about money its about your wrost service and i tell this to everyone about this #. Hi sir,

Myntra is one of the fraud company. I have raised a concern and they have been delaying it with out providing resolution for every 24 hours. I have created an account with incorrect mail id which has spelling mistake, myntra has accepted account and it allowed to purchase myntra credit of 5000 rs with out any verifying my mail id, now when i try to place order myntra is asking for otp which was sent to registered mail...
