Refund issue-return on hold IN22061215490450258284

We have returned the watch within a week and which is completely unused and unpacked. However, Myntra showed return on hold due to label missing. Without collecting the product how they can mention this and put on hold.
After raising the issue they have collected the product and now they stopped refund due to used product. We are totally unhappy and we are going to consumer court for this, because we haven’t opened product/used...

This is with regards to my complaint about not
receiving the complete product "DressBerry Purple Textured Sling Bag" pertaining to the order number 120551999743659842701.

I have also submitted complaint at customer care with complaint number IN[protected] but my query is not getting resolved. They are just replying back with same comments and closing my ticket which does not solve my issue.

Delivery status showing delivered but not delivered

I ordered a product on Myntra
Order ID # 1206543 [protected] and paid online .the delivery status showing delivered but I didn't get any delivery, i also asked my neighbour if they recieved it but they didn't.
I want my refund immediately!!! This is total fraud first taking money and then not delivering the product???...

Clothes return issue

Hello, my name is Anmol I have had ordered
two pairs of jeans from Myntra that got delivered on 10th of June 2022 but then I found that the size was not correct so I placed a return request on the app and the app says that the return will be attempted within 7 working days.
Now on the very next day that is on 11th june a guy came at the return address and said that he was from myntra and came here to collect return from Anmol...

Size products are completed

I want to buy a crocs shoes from Myntra. Iam a new customer. Today you have offers, so iam ordering my product but my products both are not having my size. Because the size was completed. So plz refill the sized stock. So many are waiting for production but some are out of stock and some are size problem...so plz kindly look into it.

Myntra not taking product return

I had ordered 3 track pants, 2 by adidas (around Rs.5k each) and 1 by nike (almost Rs.3k). The pick up agent accepted the products (proof that they were in good condition) however I later got a notification saying that the quality check has failed. Refund needed

I have ordered shoes .due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was not done . After that i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". Now why the hell would i do that? Quality check fail

I bought shoes from myntra but their is size issue i placed return immediately but next day they kept quality check is failed but no one is came to see and all tags and all are to that shoes only nothing gonna miss but why these guys are not returning my money . I need my money...

Wrong Product Delivered /Refusal to return

I had ordered a Women's Giordano Watch from Myntra, instead received a baby frock. I initiated the return request, which was first accepted. Then, the delivery agent refused to pick up the order. After which my return request was denied.
The Customer service now informs me that they have denied my return request.
This is unacceptable and I need assistance on the same. The watch cost quite a lot....

3 orders cancelled

I dont understand why Myntra put discounts when later on they have to cancel all orders.
I placed 3 orders on sale yesterday and all are cancelled and now available on Mrp.
This should not be a way to write to client due to unforeseen circumstances we are cancelling your order....

I got wrong product and I am not getting my refund

I ordered a u s polo shirt whose order id is 205811 [protected] amd registered mobile number is [protected] and when i opened the package what i saw was wring product ... I saw a blue check shirt of totally different brand and design .. i complaint about it to Myntra . They made 6 pickup but every time my pick up is failed because pick up agent refused to accept despite having approval from myntra .. plz help me with refund . I cannot afford...

Return declined which needs investigation

I purchased a leather belt o[censored]CB for 819 rs from Myntra. Due to size issue, I ordered an exchange and everything was smooth. After 4 to 5 days I received the exchange product which was a Louis Philippe belt. I paid an additional 80Rs to compensate the excess price. But this product was delivered in bad conditions. Refund for my slipper
