I ordered a product from myntra but received a wrong one. I asked them to return but that didn't happen and they deactivated my account. I asked them to share details and reason for that but they refused my request. My pending orders are also not completed and they have even refused me to return my myntra cash....

I had ordered nike shoes on 8 November from myntra. It arrived early (9th November). I decided to return it because it was used shoes. I requested for the return on that next day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. I had order a product on Myntra last month and the delivery date was 28 Nov 2021, but it got delayed and the next delivery date was 7 Dec 2021. Again on 7 Dec 2021 the product was delayed and on enquiry they told me that it got lost and if I want the product I need to re order the product and the term of payment will be COD. Finally I received the product 9 Dec 2021 when I opened my package it was found that the wrong product has was delivered....

I have ordered Marks and Spencer pant from Myntra. The item was received but I returned it. Refund of ₹ 1, 124/- was initiated by Myntra on 19.11.2021. They send me my bank reference number, ie. 30001013241308130043750. Till today, the refund is not credited to my account. I contact Myntra many times, they told me that they already initiated and it was up to the bank from there on. So, what should I do now?

I ordered a kurta set from libaas collection from myntra ORDER ID- 118789925586141873701 but due to some reasons i wanted to return that order so i applied for a return request on 17 november 2021 and the return was picked up from me on the same day and on that day only i received a message from myntra that the refund money will be reflected in my bank account within 3-5 business days. I was trying to do a first order from my new number. I was holding gift vouchers and I wanted to use these vouchers using my new account.
I added both first order coupon, gift vouchers and went ahead with payments. On payment app, the payable amount was without gift vouchers amount. Because of that I have to decline payment. Now the order got confirmed with COD and gift vouchers got credited to Myntra credits.

I have ordered sandals from myntra and i received partial delivery on 1st Dec where 1 piece of sandal was missing and i have raised the request.

I was informed that my issue will be look after before 4th December. But today is 9th December and no call has been received and issue is not yet resolved.

I am making calls every 24hrs And they are giving excuse to wait for more 24 hrs. But no proper response....

They published an article on their app once I purchased it they did not deliver it and after raising the complaint they cancelled the product without my consent or advising me as to why the product was delayed . Product returned and refund is not credited in my bank account. I have shared a stamped bank statement as requested form there team waited for money for 10days but amount is not credited on there website it show's refunded. So irresponsible team whenever you call their team they will ask to visit bank I visited bank got statement for their record still no solution from their team highly highly disappointed worst customer support to deal with...

The expected delivery date for the order on myntra.com is shown as yesterday and there is no update to this, the automated ivr does not have an option to know the status of the order beyond what is displayed on the website and there is no possibility to connect to a customer care professional as well. I ordered a pair of shoes and I have got the delivery on the scheduled day. I have opened the package and noticed that it was somewhat used and not brand new. I have created a return request. The Myntra pickup person checked the product and claimed it to be used and kept the return request on hold.
