Amount debited but order is not confirmed

I placed an order on 9th November 2021 on myntra of inr 3398, amount deducted from my bank of baroda account and order is not confirmed and myntra claims that they did not receive amount... I talked to phone pe support team and bank of baroda support team they said that transaction is successful with myntra... And myntra said that they didn't receive... I don't understand where to get my money back... Please be needful......

Order not placed but money is debited

I ordered roadster jacket yesterday and paid from Google pay but after payment done, it showed that you order is not placed but you money is debited which will refund soon to you bank account...but money is not refunded till now and also that jacket had 60% discount and now it had only 45% ...so this is big loss for me ...now I have to pay 600 rs. Extra for that jacket.....

Return not accept due to quality check

I purchased a roadster jacket of size xl and myntra send me xs size jacket instead of that and when i put return delivery boy not accept the product and myntra customer support also not provide me support yo resolve this issue where as there is no problem with my product. They dont return it or dont exchange it very worst support service...

Return on hold.Quality check failed

I've recently ordered Levi's jeans from Myntra and its arrived on 29 Nov 2021. I've raised return request on same day as I received wrong product. Return was picked up on 30 Nov. Now it's showing as Quality Check Failed. How can even say that. It's ridiculous and they are duping people. Kindly help!!...

I raised several complaints on your app support and even send you the email however there is no response.

Issue of order

Hello Myntra,

I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 26th November 2021, during when I did a payment of Rs. 1942 but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 1942 got deducted from my account two times.

I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got no reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours...

Return rejected brand issue

I made an order in myntra on 20 nov2021. I got the order on 26 nov 2021. I made a return request immediately.The product was very low quality I checked the brand it's different . I ordered a different brand. So I place a return request. The return pickup person didn't come to pickup the dress twice. And third day the person came said it's different brand I can't take it raise compliant in the app. I raised compliant since then no response...

Exchanging Product is kept on Hold

This is regarding my exchanging a white shirt is kept on hold and from Myntra for returning a product. Order ID # 1189521 [protected]
On 29th Nov, I had purchased Shaftesbury London white shirt and the shirt size is small for me and kept change, The shirt is tight and not good as described, I kept the return on 27th Nov and it got picked and failed the quality check for return, the reason is stain on the shirts...

Women maroon solid comfort heel

I ordered a product women maroon solid comfort heels.
The product was not fit in quality. I return it back the next day. The product got rejected in quality check. It has to be re delivered to me after the quality check failure.
I am complaining about the false acquisition that the company has put on me. They are saying that they have successfully reshipped the product to me. But they have not.

Zouk wallets

I ordered for 3 zouk wallets but received only 1
Zouk blue and green delivered
Zouk black and brown not delivered
Zouk blue and pink not delivered

As per customer there is issue which delivered but not refunding amount for not delivering two wallets all tge 3 wallets should be in same package bit it have only one wallet and i shared the screenshoot. Now they are asking for video to raise the compaint say...

I ordered roadster charcoal hoodie from Myntra on 21 Nov 2021 nd got it by 22 Nov 2021 as I got the parcel I opened it nd find out it has a hole on the sleeve of tht hoodie nd same hole is also on the parcel nd as I initiate the return request they accept it nd their executive take that product but after some hours I got a message from Myntra that my return request is declined cuz I damaged the product but I haven't done anything with that...

Refund of Order ID # 1187142 60871560585503

I had received the order and I want to initiate refund request because the fabric quality is not good. But because of wrong status(delivery failed) I am unable to cancel my order. I have logged my complaint on 2nd Nov, 2021 itself as soon as I got the product. But customer care team kept on closing my tickets without any resolution. After 2-3 escalation call with supervisor also, I am not getting any update and any resolution on my request....
