I have returned a product for which refund is initiated by myntra and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process. Reference number is of no use as bank can't check through that. Bank says to contact myntra for this and myntra says to contact bank. I am unable to understand what to do. My product is having original tag name and in same condition as its delivered 2 me.
But delivery boy put product to be on hold due to defected condition.but this is not be the case.
So please give me the approval for returned that product as i am a valuable customer 4 this.
Request you to give the approval 4 this to collect this from me.

I ordered a dress today whose price was 1266 but this price was deducted 2 times from my bank account .
I checked the quantity was only 1 but why I was charged with double amount
There is not help centre
