I have placed a prepaid order with nykaa.com on 18th may 2018 and the order was supposed to get delivered by today.

Since 20th may 2018 there is no movement in the shipment and when i contacted nykaa's customer care then came with a reply delivery not possible without stating any reason or without guiding me about if i cancel the order how will i get the refund.

Request an urgent action on this, as they are simple cheating me by taking my money and then not sending the refund.

The product which was delivered to me by Nykaa on 20th May 2018 is defective its broken so I want the replacement as soon as possible and it was not expected from a brand like nykaa I am so annoyed I bought this to gift it to someone one but because of this blunder I won't be able to gift it on to time solve this issue soon.

    I had place an order on Nykaa on 15th May'18 and the Estimated Delivery Time was 21st May'18. but till date I have not received my product yet. I called customer care on 21st and they said it will be delivered within 48 hours. But nothing till date has happened. Its been more than a week. Pls help resolve this matter ASAP.

    It was promised by nykaa.com that the order no.[protected] would be delivered between 22nd May 18 to 27th May 18 but unfortunately on 28th May 2018 the delivery boy came to the society and went away without delivering the product.

      My account debited the amount but i did not get confirmation for order placed. There are no messages and nothing is being shown in my orders. Help.
      I ordered some products today and paid an amount of 549rs, which was debited from my bank account. But the transaction failed and order was not successful. My order is placed under the name of Sarita Shukla. I would want the transaction problem to be looked upon immediately.

My nykaa account is under the name of khruve naroh. The items ordered were from volcanic nose pack from innisfree, batiste dry shampoo and face masks fromthe face shop. I would want the transaction problem to be looked upon immediately.
      I ordered first time from nykaa and you people are cheating with your customers . Stop doing business in India . It's annoying and heartbreaking . Give my money back or i will take legal action against you .
      I have not received my product that I have ordered from the website of Nykaa.

        This theresa devassy i had purchased some lipstick and eyeliner from nykaa

        I'm not satisfied with two of the lipstick's shade as it not the same colour as shown in the website.

        Colourbar velvet matte 04 and nelf ms 04.

        Hence request for and return and refund for the same.

          I had placed an order on nykaa.com on 27th april 2018. The product has not yet been delivered and inspite of me sending some many mails no one calls or replies to them. I feel cheated. They didn't even process my cancellation and refund request. I called the customer service, it says the number doesn't exist, i called the toll free helpline and get the same response. I feel so harassed. Please help me.

            My order no #[protected].in 9 th may i have order 4 different items in nykaa, a nivea shower gel, a pantene oil replacement, a biotique hair oil and an elle 18 color pop matte lipstick. The order was a cod and i have paid 489 for all 4 items. But in the box i have received only 3 items. The elle 18 color pop matte lipstick pink kiss is missing which is of 100 rupees. Now i just want the refund or the item. Please resolve my problem.
            I have placed 1008 worth order.. My transaction was successful n amount also got deducted but I got a msg saying order not placed. There is no link to even enquire about it and the order number.

                I ordered a lipstick for mother's day and when my mother opened it it was broken n completely brittle lipstick. It is not at all a lipstick which cud b used. It is completely broken from inside n melted. Ordering it from such a good brand it was worse experience with nykaa. It was my first time purchase with nykaa. I want necessary actions to be taken for the loss i suffered. It is waste of my money as well as my gift was spoiled. This lipstick is worthless for me now.

                  I placed order from nyka on 22 april that was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 29 april... Received one of them on 25 april, that contained only 2 products. Since after it, i am following nyka customer care and wow express delivery service madly... Still after 15 days i am not able to know about the problem.. It's actually pathetic and never faced such issue from any of the online site and such a callous attitude. Not going to suggest or order anything again from nykaa.
                  I made order of products worth rs.573 and paid it through SBI net banking and money was deducted from my account but i didnt receive any order number or mail, and those items are stil there in my cart as if i havent made the order. Please refund the money
                  My concern is I have ordered 3 items but only 1 item I received with invoice no #NWB[protected].

                  In this given invoice two items were mentioned but I received only one.

                  The box was filled With extra plastic without the product. Never expected.

                  Could you please take action.

                    I place order worth 500 one month back.in the city center my order is not deliverable which is wiered. Useless call center is like a robot repeating same thing from last 15 days "by tomorrow we will refund your money". Such a useless company and pathetic cusromer care. My order number is[protected]. I dont want to buy anything again but i want my current refund back.

                    When I can expect a reply from Nykaa. Its almost 3 months following up with Nykaa. I know I made a mistake buying product from Nykaa. Nykaa customer care is vary good in closing the request they dont care if complaint is resolved or not. More than 10 request are saying we have initiated your refund it will reflect in bank account in 2 working days and surprisingly same reply after 2 days.

                      I had ordered 2 maybelline lip balms from nykaa . Order number is[protected] That is a color lip balm (baby lips) from maybelline. I have purchased the same product from the store as well but the lip balms i have purchased from nykaa it's seems to be a duplicate product, as per the packaging it showing from china. It is supposed to be from Mumbai. The products tht i have received from nykaa are fake. I want you to please change the product and sell the genuine one. I know you don't manufacture the product but replicas of products are easily available in the markets i know it very well.. And it would not take much time for me to inform everyone about the so called GENUINE products you are selling and also I have mailed the same thing 2 days back and have received response from you as like you won't be able to return and refund as this is used one, now just tell me one thing until or unless I used the product how come I know this is original or fake? When I had applied the lip balm on lip it is burning like I had applied any pain relief balm, so please tell me after this should I apply again to get same type of feeling? . Kindly do something for the same, else i will have to do. Though this is a small thing but cheating the customers is not acceptable. I'll do best i can if nothing is done from your side.

                        I placed an order #[protected] from nykaa on 01.04.2018 amounting rs 2316/- prepaid (Txn dt 03.04.18 in my account statement). The order was later cancelled due to wrong delivery address entered. The order was returned back to nykaa and i received mail from nykaa that my refund has been initiated dt 09.04.18 trans id is [protected] and refund will be credited to my account in 2-3 days.
                        Till date i have not received my refund.
                        Already i have sent my account statement 3 times to nykaa still no initiative.
                        Kindly resolve the issue and i would be highly obliged.

                          I had ordered 2 organic harvest body wash from nykaa. The product I received isn’t the genuine product. I’ve used this product before also. The product that I bought from Nykaa has very thin consistency where as the genuine product has thick consistency. Even the odour, colour and packing slightly differs from the original product. The original product doesn’t have transparent plastic at the top while this one has the transparent plastic pack. I strongly believe this isn’t the genuine product and they might have mixed something. Please look after this matter because there could be many products which might not be genuine.

                              I ordered a scrub and face wash online on 25th april 2018 but while making payment, the amount of rs 368 got debited from account but order number was not generated and placed.
                              If we call on customer care number they people ask for order number and since we dont have the order number they don't help. If i dont see the things progressing, i will certainly follow the process and go to the consumer court.

                                (Order #[protected] and i was about to recieve the package on 21/04 but on 21 the status of the order from out for delivery turned to - receiver rufused delivery !! Although i did not even receive one ! I have called customer care twice but they keep, On saying u'll receive ur package tomorrow ! I get the same reply each day !!                                 Due to continous calls to customer care of nykaa and of wowexpresss the package was finally delivered today on march 3 '18 . Though it was delivered really very late but i got it atleast and in good condition .
                                Hi i have received my product today... And i can see the product was manufactured on march 3rd of 2017 n its already 21st of April 2018 As I got it for 25% off.. Should I throw it or use it... Please have my product replaced with a newly mfg item..

                                  I was charged more than the labelled price for a product (shampoo).
                                  I register complaint with their customer care.
                                  My ticket id : 1847764.

                                  After the complaint I got a system generated email that our customer care will contact you within 24hrs.

                                  I didn't got any reply in 24hrs, so I wrote them again, again no reply.
                                  I wrote third time and still no reply.

                                  Poor customer service by Nykaa.
                                  I placed an order worth rupees 757 on April 21st on Nykaa.com. The money has been debited from my account, but the order is not placed...!! Please resolve it immediately. I never expected this sort of behaviour from Nykaa... I saw many other people with the same complaint...Please respond with prompt action

                                      Bad customer care service. Not receiving the call and mo response with regard to return of any item. I have beem trying since 4 days to get in touch with the customer care but no one is receiving the call and it has been 4 days since i initiated the return order but no representative has approached me learn from great sites like amazon their service is the best they respond too quickly and also myntra learn the service provided by them to their customer quick and easier.

                                        I have ordered The Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15, on 17th April, its 24th April today and not shipped yet! How much long is it gonna take?
