slow in initiating the refund once the product is cancelled.

I had ordered a product on 26th oct, but as it was getting late in being delivered i got it cancelled through nykaa. But even after 2 weeks of me cancelling the product i have not received my refund. Whenever i call people at nykaa, they give stupid and different excuses everytime like "once the product has left our warehouse we cannot do anything."...

even after several requests nykaa didn't cancel my order before dispatch

I cancelled my nykaa order #[protected] just after minites of ordering it before dispatch but they still disptched it. Whereas there cancellation policy clearly stated that u can cancel it pre shipment and within 24-48 hrs money will be refunded back. I sent 3-4 emails but the only thing i got was a computer generated message. They never reply back. These people are very unprofessional and irresponsible. I think they dont even read your mails....

useless products

The product that i got from nykka are very useless.. I got an eyeliner and a gel liner.. Both r very dry and the eyeliner does not have a stick inside.. Last time i ordered some branded product like mabelliene kajal and it was very dry and i throwed it in the dustbin.. I thought it would b rare to get the bad products and now i can say that it rare to get a good product from nykka.. Worst experience buying products from nykka.. Waste of money.....

return/refund

Nykaa has a very disastrous customer care service. They fails to even respond to the numerous requests i have sent for the return of an item. A system generated response is all i get when i email them, promising to get back to me in 24 hours but they never do. If it were amazon or flipkart then returns could be sent easily and the amount refunded in under a week but nykaa does not care or even acknowledge customer's issues. Very pathetic...

worst experience with nykaa

Very bad delivery, i ordered a spa product on 5 of october but not yet delivered till today... Delivery boy was so horrible that i called him that when u'll be delivering my two items but he was not picking up my phone even after my items reached to dhanbad till today they are delivering... I dont have any hopes so i suggest you'll to order from flipkart or other but not from nyka......

I ordered a body shop men's perfume my order number is[protected], the product is completely stickered even the name of the product and the manufacturing date is stickered unlike the original product. Since i regularly use body shop products i haven't seen the product name stickered in any of the original body shop products. I demand an immediate return otherwise i wont leave this issue. This is so disappointing that nykaa sell fake products....

damaged and old stock

I had recently shopped from nykaa and received products which were old stock and damaged.

All the products were old and the packaging was in a very bad condition. I had never expected to receive such products when i had spent a considerable amount of money and i at least expect to receive products with proper packaging and of a decent mfd.

There are many complaints being lodged against nykaa in cases like damaged...

fake promises that my order will be delivered today

N as per the order details the products have reached in goa depot verna on 16th oct 2017 and from 18th oct 2017 diwali celebrations were started yet on 17th oct 2017 no attempt was made by nykka and team nor wow express couriers... missing products

Its been 2 weeks for this. Now they are not responding to my mails and calls. The missing products are inglot hd i need refund for my products.

I had ordered loreal 36hrs gel eye liner black colour.. Bt they hv given brown.. I asked for reverse pick up as i wanna return it.. Nobody is responding if i call u people.. U people said it'll be reverse picked up within 4-5days.. Bt it's already 2 weeks.. Y such a bad service to ur customers n spoiling ur company name?
I thought nyka is one among reputed companies bt nw i hv to take...

I reccieved a product that is lakhme absolute compact.. It was damaged one... The powder inside was broken.. Kindly replace it. Nykaa is trustes company.. Kindly donnot do such things of like cheating customers and angering us tobtakecertain steps against u.. So replace or refund our amount.
Its an advice for u not to spoil ur company name by doing such things... Plz respond...

damaged products received

Highly disappointed with services of nykka. First of all my order was not delivered to me on time and out of 15 items which i ordered for, 2 were damaged. These 2 products have lot of scratches and looks old.

I emailed my query to nykka but everything went in vain. I received one revert but after replying to that i have not got any solution for this. Looks like nykka doesn't believe in customer care and the only thing important...

refund issue and terrible indifference from customer care

I ordered one night dress from nykaa on 11th september. I paid rs 740 online through my debit card. I got a mail from them saying that my dress got shipped through bluedart on the very next day. But later on 15th sept i got an email saying bluedart couldn't deliver order to my address so they returned it and my refund will be initiated within 5 business days. I waited patiently for 5 days but i didnt get my refund. I contacted nykaa again...

Had a very bad experience with nykaa. We have ordered some items thru the site and the initially:

-u dont know when the products gets delivered

-u have no idea which product is available and which is unavailable. They will make you to buy the product and there after once invoice is generated they will say that they couldn't able to ship the product since it is unavailable and they will not even say the tentative...
