product not delivered

I placed an order[protected] on 7th sept amounting to 776 rs which is not delivered till now. I called the customer care and tried to cancel it to get a refund. That didnt help me either. Aramex is the courier partner who couldnt be contacted. The tracking id is [protected]. There are no updates on the order since 9th sept, 2017. I have tried to tweet/post in public forums like facebook and twitter but no help. I tried contacting the customer...

The product is very bad. It is a fake product. Very diluted and black colour doesn't come out. It is very watery. Only water comes out while applying. It is not exoected from such a online store. complaint regarding charging more price than mrp

Sir,
I bought a lacto calamine lotion from Nykaa online shop.My order number from Nykaa is[protected] .In their app its shown the price of lactocalamine is ₹65 for 50 ml and they have a discount over that product of ₹6 and I paid ₹59. I bought ₹541 worth product from Nykaa and I prepaid the amount before delivery through paytm. When the product is delivered it is just 30ml product worth ₹55. In the invoice they have shown...

The pigmentation of the product is not at all upto the mark.. This is very disappointing.. I really didn't expect nykaa to do such a job.. It has a brand name now and it is endorsing so many foreign brands... If they cheat their customers like this... It is definitely going to spoil their goodwill... This is really very disappointing.. I am never going to place an order with nykaa again...

We as a nation are growing at never before speed in the world of digitization. At last, people have started trusting online sources and applications like nykaa are shaking that bond.
I ordered mayblline gel liner, the brush which comes with it was duplicate. "maybelline" label was absent and while applying it feels so rough and hard unlike the original one.

I ordered clinique toner - nykaa delivered...

I had ordered few products from nykaa still haven't received any products, their courier service is pathetic (Wow express) when i tracked the shipment its showing it's near by to my place but haven't got any items yet, after couple of days of waiting then i made fresh order, again they put my order to these same wow express courier service, this is not the end when i tracked the order it's showing data is not found!? Wtf?...

i'm complaining about receiving one nivea cherry shine lip balm in place of a combination of nivea cherry shine and original lip balm

My order number is[protected]. I had ordered four items, which included a pair of nivea cherry shine and original lip balm. But unfortunately i have received only the nivea cherry shine lip balm. Extremely disappointing. It costed me rs 148 for both but now i have received only one. I was hoping for a better service from nykaa. I would like to know when i woulb be receiving the other one....

Not happy with the delivery, placed an order on[protected], not received the parcel yet. Unsatisfactory experience in shopping with nykaa, you should make sure that delivery should be done according to the commitment.
Again i have received a message regarding the courier service unable to contact me, but i didn't get any call from any courier service.
Totally disappointed....

I had placed my order on 22 august 2017. They claimed to deliver within 2 to 4 days. On 27 august i talked to their customer executive. Her name was miss aarti. She promised to deliver the order by tuesday. Its been thursday today and i have no information about my product. This is the worst online site i have ever seen. Their terms and statements are totally fake....

I have ordered two products from nykaa and found out that they are counterfeit or fake products as i scanned the barcide for the authenticity of the product.. I tried calling them thrice regarding the complaint and the issues but as soon as i said that i have a bar code scanner and i can place a difference between fake and genuine product they intentionally disconnected my call thrice... No courtesy to even call back as they are scared to...

Nykaa is the worst ever online shopping site in india.. As i have purchased almost in all the websites i can undoubtedly stand strong on my comment.

Nykaa's fraudulent offers: nykaa tends to lurre people by giving false offers. They play very wise that their fooling play is actually a word game. Look into this matter and decide for yourself about this fake website who is eating our hard earned money and never commit a mistake...

please improve your cod services

Today i received my package and payment mode was cod. Your delivery person neither had change nor had any card machine. Moreover, he clearly stated that 'nykaa doesn't provide us '.

However, i have managed to get 10rs less. And it's not about 10rs difference, it's about the service you are providing.

Request you to provide them card machine or they should carry change at least to avoid any big chaos in future.br...
