refund not received since a month

It's been a week since i was supposed to get my order. The customer care doesn't reply to emails and when caller, they say it will be delivered by today. It's been going on for a week. delivery problem

I hv ordered 3 products on 28th july nd payment online rs 1334. At first system showed it will b delivered within 24 hrs, after dat system showed it will b delivered within 1st aug. Today they reflecting dat delivery boy rejected to deliver d pdt.. Now how can i get d produt, and its already delayed too much.. And even i dont kno d issue.. duplicate products at nykaa

I was a huge fan of this e-commerce website nykaa. I have been buying stuff from nykaa since 2014. Recently i purchased ponds age miracle from nykaa which was duplicate. The color of the cream was pale yellow. Whenever i apply it on my face, it gives a feeling as if several needles are pricking on my face. I am highly disappointed from nykaa's services. I haven't get refund

My order reached my place long back but have not been delivered to me yet. It has been more than a week. They don't even answer to my complain. I need the order or the refund but they are doing none. Please help. Nykaa has always been so good in terms of delivery i recommended it to my friends also that their delivery is good. one order is missing

Hi. Actually few days back i received one order from nykaa. I ordered few items from which one item is missing. Out of 10 items, i got only 9 items. The item which is missing is gatsby set and keep hair spray ultra hard-1. And the amount is rs.250. My order no. Is[protected]. Please help me solve this issue. The eyeliner costs about 950 rs but it just not worth it because it get smudged even if touched slightly and get invisible after 2-3 hours of applying it. It is totally wastage of money and it was mentioned in the description box that it is smudge proof though it’s not. prepaid order

Nykaa has given me some bad experiences- one item has not been delivered to me from the prepaid Order ID[protected]. I cancelled the product at the time of delivery asking to register it in the cancelled order for the refund. Later, I received the msg that my product has been delivered successfully.
The product status shows delivered on 10th July by WOW Express courier....

Defective product received on 09.7.2018. when I contacted nykaa, they denied their responsibility of replacing the product and asked to contact the manufacturer and provided me a wrong email Id of the manufacturer.as a result I couldn't send any email or complaint to them directly and my money got absolutely wasted. Very surprisingly nykaa is not at all bothered with whatever they are supplying. The worst online shopping...
