Misbehaviour of Autorickshaw Driver for demand of extra fare

This is a complaint against Mr.V.Dinesh Kumar, Auto rickshaw Driver . Vehicle Number TN10BA3165.
This happened on 16.12.23 at Chennai, I booked a autorickshaw via Ola from pallavaram to koyambedu .The ola had showed a ride amount of 385Inr. On the way to my destiny Mr.dinesh had diverted his auto to gas station to refill, he requested me to pay a bill of Rs450. I demand an explanation for why I should pay 450Rs instead it is showing...

Driver Charged twice

I took ola cab on 14.11.2023 morning 7 am, once i reached home, I forgot the ola money and asked driver to give the paytm scanner and i paid 508 rs through my paytm account to him, but ola money also deducted

Waiting charges imposed on bill which is not justified as no waiting occurred due to customer/passenger.

OLA charged me waiting fee which is not due to customer/passenger. Even I was standing at pick up poing before driver arrived at the point. OLA has imposed waiting charges on my bill which is not justified as no waiting occured due to customer/passenger.

OLA Cabs charged me again even after paying fare directly to driver

On 2nd Feb, I had a OLA auto ride for which I paid Rs. 453 to Cab driver through GPay ( I have proof of it) and today on 15th Nov when I was booking for cab ride, that 453 showed me as Pending amount and it made me pay that as I could not book new ride. Driver took longer route and OlA software showing illogical routes

My CRN Number was [protected], date 5th Nov, time 9:08 PM 73.4 KM

The driver at OLA Cab took a deliberate much longer route and was being guided repeatedly to take correct route. The regular route at this time never have traffic is around 55 Km, while the driver run 20 km extra deliberately.

Paid by Phonepe but not reflected in app ,had to pay again in cash

I took following ride today morning 28th Oct at 8:35 AM from Mansarovar to Jhotwara and had a real unpleasant experience today. The car AC was not working, and the driver drove the car with glasses down. My colleague who also accompanied me is 6 months pregnant and also has severely allergic to dust. She had to visit the dispensary after the drop to sooth herself.

How can a driver drive a car which is not in good condition?...
