On 30th September 2023, at 4:00 PM I have booked cab from my company Systemair India Pvt Ltd, Devaryamjal to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad. When booked the cab amount has showed as Rs. 1977 and while getting down they have charged Rs.2934, saying that amount is showing that much only.

Hi,

I would like to file a complaint about the harrassment I am facing on non payment of Ola ride.

I had booked an OLA ride through app on 30th June'23 and 2nd Sep'23.

Billing fraud

Ola app returned 'booking failed' message (perhaps due slow network). After three unsuccessful attempts booked Uber and used it During that period two drivers contacted from Ola saying they have my booking. I have paid twice

I paid the cab fees from the Ola app using Gpay, the money got deducted from the account.
But in OLA it did not reflect and asked me to pay again. The driver told server issue and asked me to pay him directly. Please initiate a refund to my account.

The Driver has overcharged us for the Ride

I Had booked an OLA Cabs Outstation Ride on 13th September, 2023 From Bhubaneswar to Puri and It was a one way ride. The amount of Money which was written to be paid to the driver was ₹1664 but The driver charged us ₹2184 telling us that we have to pay the toll taxes both the ways. It was only a one way ride but still the driver charged us an extra whooping amount to ₹520.

Getting calls and messages as payment due

I am getting calls as am due with 132rs from July 14th. But I have taken ride on that day with 192 rs and also paid in cash. Yet I get number of calls repeatedly disturbing privacy. Look into it and will take it seriously later....

OLA Scooter S1 PRO

I have taken the Ola Care + plan for my scooter where they claim if any time my scooter isn't working properly. They will initiate a pick up and drop service and solve the issue in priority. Also, free of charge because of the plan. My scooter isn't performing well its charging time always vary from 12-16 hours, also while riding it suddenly shows warning and get turned off while i am being on road which might cause some serious accident....
