Product One Plus Nord CE in warranty but had to pay 6875 due to misconduct from Oneplus service center representative

My screen got violet and blue in color automatically. There was not any mishandling from my end but when I approached one plus service center Anupam saket New Delhi representative there asked me there is bend on mobile but no such anything and also what is the relation between bend on mobile and screen display going. It is such a pathetic service from them. This is my hard earned money and they are taking it unnecessary and in unethical way....

Not repairing given damage product

I've order 2Bluetooth oneplus bass edition.. From my brother account number is [protected]... 1 Bluetooth is not working I've complained but they are not helping me they are not concerning about customers ... Not repairing given damage product

I've order 2oneplus bass edition Bluetooth from my brother account number [protected]... My 1 Bluetooth were not working I complain oneplus company received my product but not resolved my problem and sended me damage problem ..second time I've complained but they are saying this is damaged we unable to touch unable to repair ur product cuz it's damage.. Although they sended me damage and not repairing...

Regarding no-response customer service Phoenix Kurla (OnePlus Earbuds Pro)

This email is regarding my defective OnePlus earbuds pro which I had submitted to the OnePlus service center at Phoenix Market City Mall, Kurla on the 7th of July 2022. OnePlus online store not exchanging product

I recently bought a OnePlus c-type charger cable in the OnePlus online store. Unfortunately I wrongly ordered Type-C to Type-C instead of Type-A and I reached out to customer support for an exchange. They said they can't exchange and I can reach out to OnePlus experience offline stores for the same. When I reached out to Tnagar OnePlus experience store, they said they can't do and customer support is just deviating. However, it's not mentioned...

Inconvenience regarding service

I have brought OnePlus buds z in the year 2020 December now it's not working well the buds can't even hold the battery for more than 10 minutes of playing facing this problem for 3-4 months . I contacted the customer care and went directly to them but they refused to repair even am ready to pay for the repair but they refused.

OnePlus Warp Charger Type-C to Type-C Cable 150CM

The issue that I have experienced was: I wanted to purchase Type C to USB cable for my charger. I mistakenly placed order wrong cable with both side Type C. When the product delivered to me. Compensation for the loss

Band under warranty is not getting repaired or replaced

I have purchased a ONE Plus Band W101IN, six months ago.
Now the Band display is not working properly, it has some display issue.
On going to the service center, they refuse to repair it under warranty as they say it cannot be repaired under warranty and you will have to pay for the repair.
