Green vertical line appeared all of a sudden in OnePlus 8t

No physical damage or pressure, all of a sudden got green vertical line appeared in my OnePlus 8t mobile. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to do factory reset. But it's of no use. When there is no physical damage or pressure on the phone, why I need to pay for replacement of screen around 16k....

What for you are placed sofa in your store. We sat on ur sofa by your staffs advice for placing order online. While we are sitting and placing the order, one of your staff was telling not to sit here in rude manner. Then why you have placed sofa.

Complaint regarding OnePlus 43" Android Tv which Panel was damaged

I have purchased OnePlus 43" Android TV on 17.02.2022. I lodged complaint on customer care on 20.07.2022 regarding internal heating but without technician visit, Complaint was closed. Again Complaint registered on 27.07.2022 & technician visited and informed me Pannel is damaged and will be replaced within one week on part availability which will be covered in warranty but again Complaint closed without resolving issue with wrong feedback....
