One plus 6 , crash dump mode

I got an automatic update in Dec -21 for my one plus 6 phone, unfortunately after update the phone slow down in process. But to my surprise i got display message
" crashdump mode" in last week of

The same problem was faced by my friend with one plus 7 ( I have come to know today).

Facing issues since I purchased phone or pick and drop issue

One plus Nord 2 mobile video issue

I have recently bought one plus Nord 2 mobile phone and everyday I'm facing a repeating issue on playing video on any apps even in gallery.

I have contacted the one plus helpdesk twice and they suggested to reset and the settings and factory reset of mobile which was also not helping.

I would need a fix for this software error or a replacement to this failure device...

Product missing from logistics team

I had bought bluetooth earphones from amazon for one plus then after a few months there were some problems in it, then I sent it to their service center for repair, then when I got it replaced then the box of the product I didn't have the device inside, So I contacted their customer service many times but no resolution came from their side and no refund this thing is going to be 7 months but my problem is not solved by this company till now....

No resolution for over a month for Voucher bought for phone, already paid

Bad after sale service

It's 25 days today. And no call from your AUTHORISED service centre. I feel like you have cheated us. Firstly mobile got damaged within 15 days of purchase as it fell from bed while charging. What kind of quality it is? You should have repaired it without any charge.
Now you are charging us Rs 8500/- and not able to repair mobile in 25 days also.

Thanks for such disaster service. Atleast return back my mobile or refund...

Phones will stop working after one year

Mobile started flickering suddenly. that is also exactly one month after Warranty. Service center people tells its a problem of mother board which will cost 42k. really they are using marketing strategy to get business. & only customer service person will talk to us. really heart breaking....
