Amount deducted but booking failed, please refund

I was trying to book a hotel yesterday and i made the payment twice but the booking failed and the amount was deducted from my account twice. I later made the booking with another card with which it was confirmed but i haven't received any refund of the deducted amount and i can't contact your customer care regarding it....

Hotel denied check-in as I am made online payment which is less, need my refund of Rs. 956

On 1st Aug 2022 I booked a room through oyo app in OYO Townhouse 1072 Rks Prestige, the booking was confirmed after I made the online payment and got the booking id as O0U63612 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are full now so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre...

Refund for extra amount charged at the hotel

On 12th of July 2022 I have booked a hotel for rs 992 but after I reached the hotel the receptionist denied check in giving reason of low tariff charged by Oyo after that I made the payment which was asked by the hotel to check in.

Dear Sir,
I booked a hotel through phone call and payed an advance of 421 Rs.
The amount promised was 3300 and now its showing 4200,

I tried reaching customer care several times and all of them are putting me on hold.
and there is no response.

Please sort my issue.

Robbed by oyo

I was given a confirmed booking. When I went to the hotel the hotel said it was sold out and not able to provide me a room. I had already paid for the hotel but till now not given any kind of return. I am not able to get in touch with any customer service personal....

Fraud done by Oyo regarding money refund

I've a booked a Oyo hotel ( booking I'd is IRQ84445 ) . The booking required advance payment of 471 rupees. I did pay the required amount in advance. But due to some circumstances i decided not to go and went on to cancel my booking and requested a full refund. After some time they updated the refund status ' under process'. OYO Booking fraudulence

Booking ID : OZEX0806

On 28th July I booked a room through OYO on call, self requested for early check-in on 29th July (for 10am), executive confirmed pre check-in and asked to pay full amount to book the room, have paid based on that.

Friday morning I called the hotel, the person told NO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR PRE- CHECK- IN, then i requested the hotel person as saying i have paid through call...

OYO didn't refund my money

Hi this is to inform you that my name is Kaustav Dutta and I booked an OYO room through the OYO app . My booking was for 2nd August and I payed Rs 966 through the app. My booking I'd was F4GW3746.
But after cancelling the booking before 9am 2nd August I am supposed to get the refunded money back in my account. But still I didn't get any money back in my account though in the account it is showing refund successful....

Hotel Booking Denied after full payment

I have booked a hotel at New Delhi on 16th July for 1 night by advance payment vide booking ID - PBBE0675. But the hotel denied to accept the booking and did not give any room. I informed the Oyo Customer Care straight way. They told me that refund is initiated and it will be credited within 24hrs. Now they have sent a mail denying the refund....

Again' like the problem before the money got deducted and again the room has not been booked and no message of Booking have arrive

I book and hotel room through oyo on 2 August 2022 again for 4 August 2022 through oyo app and did full payment through paytm but the money got deducted but their is no showing of any bookings in the app and message also again the same thing happened i have to now again and now the app is also not working properly not allowing me to login so plzz go through this problem as soon as possible and i need full refund as soon as possible ..my app...

Not received any refund

On June 26 and June 27, 2022, I used Phonepe to complete transactions for the hotel reservations I had made with Oyo Rooms. The total for both transactions was rs 2094 (rs 1142 and rs 956 paid separately). I cancelled the reservation for some reason, and Oyo has been telling me that they have started the refund process and that I will receive the money within 14 working days, but it has been more than 14 working days. Please give refund

Hi,

I want to know the refund status of my booking last month. As per our telephonic conversation with Pratima Sah (Guest Experience Team) you had told me that the refund has been processed and it will take 7-14 working days. But it's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting for the refund.
As per our conversation I have already sent you the Receipt invoice from the hotel and also shared you the bank details....

Denied check in on a prepaid booking

Hi
I booked a hotel room in hotel mangal inn in Udaipur. Paid for it in advanced but the hotel staff denied my check in on 2 August 2022. The oyo app shows me that I’ve checked in and even checked out of the room. They didn’t even let me in! I want complete refund of my booking and strict action against hotel.
Hotel staff says that it’s due to oyo’s auto check in feature and they didn’t allow me to check in!...

Cash receipt

Hi there,
Last month from 3rd July to 6th July we stayed at
OYO 5584 Hotel Siddharth Inn
Near Keshav Park, New Vavol, Gandhinagar
After coming back to Pune, we just asked them to scan the cash receipt in pdf format since we asked them to modify the bill and include GST charges. They did that but sent a mobile photo image of the cash receipt which we could not print clearly and submit to the government office....

Refund Not Yet Received

I made a booking through OYO, booking ID(CGT05200) For Stay From 13 July to 14 July,
I was refused my stay when I reached the hotel and oyo support team couldn't accommodate me in another hotel too. I was standing in the road for nearly 2 hrs and was helpless, It was such a horrible experience, After this, I was waiting for my refund I'm not even expecting any compensation, Just a refund of the amount which I Paid for the booking,...

I was refused to check in by hotel staff (Booking id CS843041)

I was refused for entry in a prepaid hotel booking. Hotel staff said they don’t accept reservations from oyo app anymore. I’ve called costumer support several times. I want full amount refund for my booking as I’ve not stayed in the hotel....

Refund not received which was initiated

Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked a hotel for 1 night stay (08/07/22 to 09/07/22) through oyo app against Booking ID - Z2UI8956 Oyo Townhouse 071 Brookefield dated 30.06.2022 and paid the full amount Rs.2347 through UPI (google pay). But due to an emergency, I had to cancel my booking.

The cancellation was within the time period allotted by OYO and on the app it shows that the amount has been refunded but I still have...

Oyo is not refunding the amount paid online while booking and denied room availability when reached hotel

Oyo has not refunded the amount paid while booking. On reaching hotel they denied room availability and cancelled the booking
The refund is now pending for almost two months
I have tried reaching out customer care support but of no use
