Refund not showing in bank account

After a failed transfer to SBI A/c from my wallet Paytm refunded Rs.3150 back to my source BOI A/c ( Order Id : [protected] )( Transsaction Id : [protected])

Paytm website displays successful transfer . But no refund amount is showing in my bank A/c statement .

How long will it take ? Does this procedure take a week or month ?...

Payment deducted from my sbi a/c but not reflect in paytm wallet

On 25 dec'16 i added (1000+1000)=2000 in my paytm wallet i receive msg that my amount has been dedicated from my a/c but didn't reflect in payment wallet then i call paytm customer care they told me that within 48 hours the amount goes back in ut a/c and today is 3 jan'17 my refrence no is[protected] &[protected] and i didn't receive amount yet so please do the needful i'm very worried about this

Money Debited from account

Paytm wallet transfers

My friend transferred amount to my wallet 5000/- but i didnt received to my wallet transaction id:[protected] i raised complaitns to paytm.com//care but no response and i transferred to my brother wallet 2000/- but he didnt get amount transaction id: [protected]

im raising complaints from lats 2months but no one is responding from paytm care, they have very poor customer service..

if this wont solve i will go for...

Money deducted my account buT not received yet

I m Ajay Rathore m daily user of paytem before 9 days aGo m tried to add money from my debit card. It was processed nD money debit my account buT noT received my wallet nD I tried once more nD steel have error of payment failled. Paytem don't credit my amount. Reward points call - paytm - same amount debited 4 times

Hi,
I have received a call regarding reward points. Due to which rs. 9850 was debited from my account to keep the amount for security. But after debiting rs. 9850 once, the same amount around 9000 was debited three times again. Twice the message says info vin*pay and debited amount is 9850 and another twice it says iin*paytm in which once 9846 is debited and second time, 9600 is debited.
Please help....

Amount for rs.392 not received

On 24th december 2016 i made a transfer from my bank account to paytm wallet for rs.392 thru debit card and the transaction got clear from my bank account but the payment has not been added in my paytm wallet when i enquired at my bank they said the payment has transferred to the paytm but its not added in my paytm wallet so they said to complain at the paytm for ur refund amount in your paytm wallet or to your bank. So im waiting for refund...

Misuse of my account

Dear sir
I would like to draw your kind attention on the following facts:
I am having a saving bank account with sbi at rohini sector-7, delhi 85
I am not register for net banking.
Every time i use my debit card at any place i get one sms from the bank.
I have not registered with paytm.
2/1/2017 i have received three sms of amount rs. 19994, 1999 and 5000. I did’t any transaction on the same day...

From icici credit card 17th december 2016 2 transactions done.. One is failed... But amount deducted from bank.. Bank people intimated me amount received by merchant and those 2 transactions details are: 130819 and 588102.

Non refunded amount

No money transfer to the bank!!

I have recently installed this paytm app and added 1000 rs in the wallet to transfer to my bank account but this option doesn't work even though i am not able to send my 1000 rps back to the bank. I tried to call the customer care executive but all have gone in vein, there is no option to contact them, now either i want to transfer the money to the account or send it back to the bank. Amount not credit in bank

I am a paytm customer. One of my friend has deposit money in my paytm wallet but it cant add in my bank or in wallet and at same time my friend has deducted money from her account so i have already complaint on paytm before 25 days but it cant be resolved. The service of paytm is such a poor i will not suggest anyone.
O pls resolve my complaint asap. Ref. No.[protected] & trans. Id - [protected]....

Refund of failed transactions

I tried to pay my bses yamuna electricity bill of inr 300 on 23-dec-2016 by paytm money deducted from my bank account but electricity bill didn't get paid it was mentioning within 48 hours we will refund you (Enclosing that screenshot) but now its 31-12-16 i didn't get my money back. I called them many times i mailed them more than 30 times they are replying you already get the refund i showed them many times screenshot...

Didn't receive the added money to paytm wallet

Money had been debited from my bank account even though transaction failed in paytm

I had done transaction with my sbi account of 20000 it shown transaction failure for couple of times so i switched to SBH account which was my moms account and again i tried couple of times still i got transaction failure. and amount from both the accounts has been deducted about 40000 rupees from both accounts 20000 from each. and again i tried another transaction from SBI which was successful. and 40000 is still missing from our accounts...

Amount not deposited in my saving account

On 23rd dec, 2016. I received a e-mail from paytm about the confirmation of transaction of rs 10000/- in my sbi saving account, this amount was never deposited. Later after i tweet about my issue they gave me a arn number, this transaction was never attempted in my account as i heard from my helpline number, after visiting the bank i was told that no such details are available with them. Its been more than 13 days i still don't have my money...

Money from paytm wallet to bank transfer

I have returned my money from paytm wallet to my sbi account on 28th dec 2016 and i got a message from the paytm team stating "sbi just gave us a reference number 74766516363651576210814 for successful refund of rs 1300 from paytm to your bank account" but till now i did not get any refund please see into this matter. Already complained twice on paytm no proper response.

Money not refunded the bank account

The amount of 2000 rupees still not refund in my state bank account.. I have send back money to my bank accounts dated 20.12.2016 and i have received a msg (We have refunded rs. 2000 to your sbi bank for the your order id [protected] on paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount) but still we have not received the rs. 2000 in my bank.
