Staff behavior

Hi,

I am Deepak I ordered pizza through call and given them my address. After few minutesI got whatsapp call from +[protected] he is from my nearest pizza hut they said in your location we are unable to deliver. After that I ask where you can deliver and he said he can deliver last SHIVJOT ENCLAVE. I said ok I will pic up my order from Shivjot enclave. He said your order is ready I am leaving from Pizza hut to Shivjot....

Money deducted but order not placed on PIZZA hut

My brother was trying to order pizza using Pizza Hut application, he added some pizzas and made the payment but when we're checking the order section there's no order placed. Such a disappointing experience from Pizza hut....

Pizza caused food poisoning

After having pizza from pizza hut which was delivered to my place in Faridabad on Thursday, all my family members had serious food poisoning as the pizza and the sides delivered were stale.
Also, to give feedback the store from which the pizza waa delivered waa not even listed on feedback page. If the store is not even listed for feedback, why the pizza hut app auto selects this store for delivering pizzas.

Refunding of the money, money was deducted from the account, but didnt receive the order

I tried to order from the pizza hut app on 16th january 202q and selected the online payment option in the app and then proceeded to pay through UPI. I made the payment of Rs.726 in Paytm app and then when I went to the Pizza Hut app the order didn't get placed and the cart was empty. My bank accounted was deducted witu the above mentioned price. There is no option in the app to raise a complaint. I request Pizza Hut to immediately look into...

I had ordered pizza at your kallapu outlet, mangalore on 12th of jan 2022 through online. At that time my amount i paid of Rs 681.46, but order was not taken once again i ordered and paid the same amount 2 min later. Hence i paid twice which i want to be refunded....

Pizza delayed delivery

Hello Sir/maam,

I had ordered a veg exotica medium size pizza at 8:12pm today (12/01/22) with delivery being for 8:42pm. My pizza was delivered at 9:11pm today. We were not given free pizza according to your 30 minute policy and on top of that the pizza delivered was ice cold.

We made a complain call at 9:45pm on ur toll free number [protected]. We were just told that the respective store will revert to us...

Delay in delivery and no back call from customer care

On Jan 7th, Order was placed at Bengaluru - Hebbel Kempapura Pizza Hut with order number 13144690. Delivery time was 8:04pm but pizza was delivery around 8:25pm, on top of that pizza was not hot. Non refund of cancelled order

I placed order no. 13647252 on Jan 1, 2022 at Pizza Hut, Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi outlet. My order was cancelled but it showed it was delivered and no refund has yet been received despite multiple complaints....

No waiter responds at this place to take order

So we visited this pizza hut dwarakanagar branch at Visakhapatnam today @ 7.10 pm. the place was pretty empty only 2-3tables filled. We asked for menu n we got it n were ready to give the order by 7.15. however no one was seen to tak order. 2waiters were roaming here n there we started calling them. No response. Slowly all the tables started filling still no one visible. Time 8pm. One waiter started taking orders from some tables of his choice...
