non cooperation of staff and missed my air flight sg8998 on 12.06.2019 at patna airport

disgusting ground staff in dubai

The staff in dxb r rude & disgusting. They stand near the flight entrance & rudely say to either pay or throw the luggage. We requested that our relative will take it back but rudely got a reply of no. Will never in life travel with spice jet. And will do max mouth publicity of this disgusting service given by the hooligan staff. The think staff did was what goons do. Shame on ur service...

medical waiver for cancelled flight

I have booked a flight at 9.30 am from Tuticorin to Chennai (SG 3592) on 8-June-2019. I received a mail saying that, the flight will depart at 10.45 am from Tuticorin due to some operational reasons. I had booked 3 tickets from 'cleartrip.com' for a flight from Bombay to Delhi on 9th June at 21:40. regarding luggage

I was traveling on 1june 2019 by spice jet 376, , my new trolley bag was not handled properly and at the end of journey I received my luggage /trolley which was rubbed badly and my chain hook was broken too... I am a regular customer of spice but now I think to fly with other airlines..this type of services is not accepted from spice.. Hope spice will improve luggage safety n security..

fragile baggage handling

flight delayed without any notifications, pilot did not arrived after boarding to the flight

The flight was supposed to take off @9.55 pm and there no announcement and notifications that the timing has changdd to 10.30 pm.

The service guys asked to onboard at 10.15 pm and every passengers were in and set for journey by 10.30.

Then the pilots did not come till 11.25 pm and all the passengers were uninformed untill asked.

Due to this irresponsible behaviors from the staffs, i have lost...

charged double for luggage even after confirming

My mother is travelling from jaipur to mumbai for which i have booked her flight and i got a massage saying that i have booked a ticket which only allows cabin baggage no check in baggage and i called customer care and sorted that out by paying 400 rs but now they have again charged her same amount from my mom at the airport

flight on runway for more than an hour after landing

We took a SG3603 on 8jun2019 from Hyderabad to Goa. Traveling with an infant. The flight took off at around 5PM and landed around 6:30PM at Goa. It's been more than an hour after landing, they not yet have clearance to any of the airport gate. Currently the crew is not allowing us to access the wash room. complaint about mishandling of my luggage

My brand new Wildcraft rucksack was in tatters when it arrived in the Baggage belt. I was travelling by SpiceJet Guwahati to Bagdogra on the 5th June 2019. Hi I am traveling from del to Mumbai spice jet SG8705 which was supposed to depart at 08:00 and it’s already09:30 and yet the flight has not takeoff.

my flight got delayed by 6 hours

We were travelling from Ahmedabad to Bangkok on flight SG85 on 28th may and the flight got delayed by more than 6 hours.It was suppose to departure from ahmedabad airport at 7pm and instead it departed at 1:45am.We were four people and we faced lot of trouble.I demand compensation from airlines at earliest.
