Hi,
On mar 5 2023, i orderd food on. swiggy, after so much delay about 40 minutes and swiggy not able to find delivery agent, they asked to cancel the food, so i did so meanwhile i placed new order, but they are charging cancellation charges
after about more than 1 hour they are delivering old food, if i dont took i need to pay cancelation amount, as they asked to cancel and what will i do with old cold food on top of that...

Yesterday i have forgot to logout when our city has been closed for orders at night. In morning everything was fine incentives was credited but at evening message came that money has been deducted for unusual login attemp i requested manager that i forgot to logout but he argued with me and blackmailed me to termination of my account for 4 days please help me...

I would like to report a fraudulent activity on my personal email id associated with your app. My email id, [protected]@gmail.com, has been used by someone else without email verification. To deactivate that I am not able to log in to that account without associated phone number, which I do not know. I have placed an order with Order ID #[protected] on Swiggy. I have waited for almost 2 Hours to get my order delivered. Even after waiting for 2 Hours my order was not delivered to me. So, today (19.03.2023) I ordered a chicken whopper from Burger King via Swiggy. I paid 120 INR as I am a Swiggy One membership holder. On[protected]. Order No. #[protected]. Order was cancelled against my approval. Its mentioned that address was wrong. Delivery person mentioned that he cant come to my location due to road repair, and the route was provided by Swiggy only. He did not agreed to reach my nearest location that also declined. If any road repair and not able to reach, without my consent order is cancelled. Swiggy can't follow alternate way to reach my order....

Ordered cheese dosa for dinner from Madurai Idly Shop, waited for an hour for food and then I get spoilt potato in dosa. Horrible experience, how does these restaurants get lisence I wonder. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are deliberately sending spoilt food to customers and they just get away with it. Swiggy on the other hand just get away with it saying this they will look into it. Swiggy just don't bother about what gets delivered....

I've given right location. Delivery partner called me and told me that he is at location. I asked him where are you but he was not telling me his location he was only repeating I'm at location.
