Cancelled my order and tried to deliver my order at an incorrect place

So, yesterday I ordered a Birthday cake from Consent Cakes(Munirka) on date[protected] from SWIGGY. I entered the correct address (JANAKPURI). However, their customer care and delivery partner told me that I typed my residential address for delivery and went to Chhattarpur (My residential address) and not to the correct address which should be (Janakpuri). I even have the proof of everything in screenshots with me. But they are denying. Later...

Swiggy took my INR 1032 and NOT ready to pay back my money. Not providing any reason also!!

I ordered lunch from Swiggy on 26 Feb 2023, First time the order was not successful in swiggy app though Swiggy took my money INR 1032/-. It was a successful GPay transaction.
When I tried second time, the order was placed successfully; once again, I had to pay INR 1032/- assuming I will get back my first transaction.

Now, Swiggy is not ready to pay back my money for my first transaction...

Got a non veg food when I ordered a veg food

I ordered veg Paneer biryani yesternight
from Swiggy (RR durbar restaurant) and I got a chicken curry along with that...I am pure vegetarian and I ate that curry thinking it as a veg curry.Then I came to know that it's non veg by my friend.My religious sentiments got hurt.

Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

Package delivery 25/02/2023

I had ordered for icecream on 25/02/2023 11:40pm. I received a call from the call centre, the delivery boy is unable to connect my number, but the call centre is able to dial my number, even after explaining my complete address the delivery was not done, i asked the call centre person to cancel the order and refund my money to which the person denied, neither he was ready to share the escalation matrix for swiggy.
