Vehicle loan

I cleared the loan amount in covid but they did not gave me settlement letter and noc and they siezed my vehicle and they auctioned and sold to the dealer when i went to ask they told we have auctioned it and to sold to someone else vehicle details suzuki access KA 02 KB 6213 so please in me to get vehicle back i have original rc card also...

EMI requested even after deduction of ECS

My loan EMI was deducted from my account on the regular date. Next day I received a call from Tata Capital that it was not deposited and that I have to pay the same through UPI. They requested extra money also. I immediately transferred the amount requested through UPI.

After a couple of days when I checked my bank account, I got to know that the same EMI has been paid TWICE to TATA CAPITAL!! with EXTRA CHARGES without my fault....

Daily Calls from Tata Capital even on numbers on DND

Hi Team,

This is to report that Tata Capital continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.
It is a way to reach out to all customers.

Loan amount not disbursed

I have applied for the personal loan on 22.9.2022 from tata capital the status is showing post approval data entry and i am afraid as customer care is not providing any assistance not even the sales manager, poor assistance as i am afraid as even though my loan amount not get disbursed i am afraid will me emi will get deducted and Tata Capital has poor customer assistance...

I am not sure why this Post approval data entry comes after green in loan application. System of approval in Tata capital is not properly . All verification done very urgently. But approval is like a tortoise.

Ordered watch from TataCLiQ Returned it and no refund processed as Seller saying wrong product delivered to them. Logistic partner delhivery saying they have delivered right product to seller. If product is misplaced then it is not my fault....
