Overcharging for spares

complaint against no cooperation of vehicle repair

regarding few problems

i have been using jetta its just driven 17000 kms and there is problem with its stereo, window glass, about the locking and for this i have already sent my car to two different volkswagen service centre at gurgaon and rewari in haryana. they even charged me for this but till now problem is not resolved .they dont even pick the call many times. i am highly dissapointed after buying such a brand vw jetta..can not recommend to anyone... all...
