Service station not working efficiently and problems of spares (both repetitive)

i am based in Agra and bought my car from the dealer here who also runs the service station. My car 2010 model is Jetta. It runs well but asks for too much of servicing after the year of purchase. The problem worsens when the service station keeps the car for more than a week and reasons that the particular spare is out of stock. Useless volkswagen!!!

HEY VOLKSWAGEN!!
i own a Volkswagen vento 2010 highline petrol model . Everything was fine till last Friday when i took my car to service station as its ac was not working . While exploring the problem it was found out that there was a crack in engine head . Which i suppose is the the problem of companies build quality .anyhow there has been a week my car is in service station and the people at Volkswagen are not entertaining my complaint...

problem in gear shifting and body shell

battery

Unusual delay in servicing and poor service quality

poor service standards, theft and worst complaint follow up

n give am writing this in great shock.
dear responsible person,

i serviced my car after 10000 kms not bcoz i wanted to but i had to. Now listen to the trick the people at the dealership use. When they do service they do not put full engine oil. when i checked the gauge it was only uptil half . i thought may be they made a mistake but i was shocked when one of the representatives came to my place to listen to my complaint....
