I had given a complain for a break down today 12th April at 10.00 am. It was confirmed to me that i will get a call within 15 - 20 minutes and the service advisor.

No one turned up or even bothered to call me. Finally i called up again with the same answer that they wil revert within 10 minutes.

This happened 4 times. Then i spoke to someone senior and after an hour ie at 2.30 the break down towing van arrived....
