Placed my order of chicken roll on 22nd july of value 150 rs and i paid it through my card. The amount was deducted but order was not placed. When i queried the restaurant they told me that it would be refunded but i can't find any connection on the customer support no plus the zomato chat helpline server is also not working. No amount was refunded till today. Now there is no reply from the supporting staff. The zomato is just looting money by this way from many people...

    Nitin this side. I made order at sanjha chulha restaurant in sec-19, faridabad. I pay my bill amount through paytm. I contact zomato delivery boy he told me that zomato boys are following strike so i cannot deliver any food. After that i call sanjha chula restaurant then there they asked for billing amount and some extra charges. This behavior is not good.

    I have ordered food from box8 and prepaid by paytm. After a while, received a call stating that order is cancelled. I am asking for refund on chat, they are not able to track. Order no. [protected]. Refund the money for order. Toll free no is pathetic!!

        Mr. CEO,

        This is to highlight as how your company is making its customers starved to death.

        I order a meal today at 7/24/2018 - 2:12:41 PM with Order ID [protected]

        Now it was mentioned that my order will be delivered in 52 minutes which is 3:02 PM.

        I was already very hungry and was somehow managing to wait for those 52 minutes and when I didn't see any sign of the food getting delivered by 2:52, I initiated a chat with Zomato Support.

        I asked about the status on my order and the executive told me that your order will be delivered in next 24-29 minutes. I asked about the reason so he tried to call the Delivery boy who didn't respond.

        Then your executive told me that he had a conversation with Restaurant and there has been a cylinder blast and that's why order is delayed.
        I calmly asked him how do I believe that and he arrogantly replied this is what we have got from Restaurant.

        Furthermore, I called the restaurant by faking my identity as a Fire Engineer from nearest fire station and I got to know there was no cylinder blast, there was a little fire incident which happened around 11:30 AM (Two and half hours before I ordered) and Restaurant also confirmed that they resumed to normal operations within 30-40 minutes of that incident as it was a small fire incident.

        It has been 2 hours and I haven't got my food yet. In fact my order has actually been cancelled by ZOMATO.

        To compensate your executive said that they are sending a complimentary Meal. As if that's gonna make any good for the hassles which your company has given to me.

        Also even that meal hasn't arrived and its been 55 minutes since the executive said they are making it delivered.

        DO YOU CALL THIS BEST FOOD SERVICE??

        I ordered some food through zomato for price 150 rs. I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. Then I got a connection error but cash was debited from my account.
        I again tried and order was placed. But again cash of Rs. 150 was debited from my account. Please look into it.

          I placed order on 13th of value 191rs and i paid it through my card. The amount was deducted but order was not placed. When i queried in consumer support they said it will be refunded. But no amount was refunded till today. The same thing again happened on 17th of value 334rs. Now there is no reply from the supporting staff. The zomato is just looting money by this way from many people.

          It is really pathetic service, I am a gold member of zamato. But i think i dont suggest any friends to take gold membership, service, chat support every thing pathetic. Really feeling disappointed, two times it happened, order food came 2hrs late, cancelling is not possible

          Agree with Subhransu, customer support is virtually non-existent. Company takes no responsibility for failures with their systems. Expects to take customers money, fail to place any order and then say "surely refund will be sent in 5-7 days" due to "RBI Regulations" all the while my money has already been taken from me.
          Ma order in Zomato s not place but ma money got deducted dis s really horrible

            Hi! I am narender kumar bearing contact no. [protected]. I had placed order for food through zomato, and food was to be supplied by shahi naan wala, paschim vihar. Order was confirmed having order id: [protected] dtd.23.07.2018. I received a call from zomato (Land line no.[protected], at 20:06 pm, and the person informed me that my order is being cancelled because at about 8:30 pm, delivery is not possible in my locality. I guess an ordinary man takes dinner about this time only 8:30 pm. Also the food supplier "shahi naan wala" starts taking order after 7:30pm. I don't understand where i was wrong?? Later on i received message that refund of my amount has been initiated and i was give rs.50/- as a compensation, however it should be understood that money cannot replace food. I am really very disappointed with this episode. I intend an action to be taken against that delivery boy, who refused to deliver at my place, and other errant officials involved, so that in future it is not repeated. You may very well verify that i have received orders at my location in past.

              I placed an order on july 23, 2018 from zomato and payment has been done from my bank account and the order was not delivered because rider said zomato tracking application was not taking otp so order could not picked from the outlet and cannot proceed further... Now, i am trying to contact zomato helpline but all the numbers are currently unavailable or not reachable...
              In moral :- still, customers are suffering from these kinds of problems... Now who is responsible for my order??

                    Getting very worst services from zomato everytime.
                    Shame on zomato and the entire team who are providing the worst services.
                    They don't know how to respond and how to behave with the customers.
                    They are simply telling that we can't do anything and cutting the call.
                    The food is worst and also wrong food, sometimes cockroaches are in it.
                    Many more concerns are there with zomato and they are not abl to resolve it and not even responding properly to the concerns.

                        In my phone promo code is not applying only. Order now option is also not coming in any of the restaurant. It is not accepting orders from any restaurant and telling that promo code is not available for cash on delivery and in other phone it is not there that promo code is not available for cash on delivery. Please make the changes. My friend has ordered so many things from it

                          First time I had order from wasteste app zomoto I don't want to use this app again no one is responding to me .delivery boy told I dint got any order from my side my name then how I got his number from zomoto I had spoke to hotel manager he told he is not responsible for that speak to coustomer he told and he drop the call reddy's kitchen I dint got any coustomer number in use then I want to no who is responsible and you will refund my amount in 5_7 days what is this I'm unhappy with your service and your response 😡

                          Zomato delivered wrong order. They aren't responding to any chats or emails or calls. It's been 3 days and there is no revert.

                            My name is neelesh, I ordered a food from zomato and my order number was [protected], after paying a amount to restaurant by net banking when I contact to share rider details with me to guide a rider about my location, I called zomato rider Mr Vishnu meena and his first response was I am not understanding your location you can cancel your order.

                            I was shocked to listen such a rude and unprofessional response but I still request him to provide his WhatsApp number to send him my home location.

                            And after my several calls and chat with customer care executive for more then 2 hours, result was food didn't got delivered and I have to sleep hungry last night.

                            My money is still not refunded it's more then 24 hours now.

                            Worst services...Whole zomato team is bad I must say.

                            Pls don't order anything from this service provider

                              I received incomplete order. I mentioned this to zomato customer care executive through the app. The executive's name is Sandeep. His behaviour towards me was very rude. He didnt have the basic etiquette to talk to customer. There should some strict action taken against him. He kept showing arrogance which is quite in the screenshot of the chat which i have attached herewith. Plz take some strict action against him.

                                  I ordered food from zomato which was delivered bad smell and full of masala in biryani which there was no white rice in biryani i immediately contact the zomato about the concern that the food is not eatable at all but they people are not providing any appropriate resolution i told him that pick up the food and initaite my refund but they are not giving any response at all. Please don't trust these online food ordering apps they are making money by delivering unhygienic food to its customers.

                                      Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

                                        I ordered some food from hotel lotus park ahmedabad, food was ready as per the manager but due to laziness of delivery person to deliver in rain he asked to cancel the order by giving silly excuse of flooding
                                        whereas delivery man traveled from the delivery area to the hotel to get my number and to just ask to cancel the order from myside after wasting my time of about 44 mins
                                        i paid online now zomato is asking to wait about 5-7 days for refund of 114 rupees also the food got wasted from the hotel
                                        zomato is wasting everyones time, money and many valuable resources.
                                        Honorable Serviceman should take serious step regarding this on zomato
