My flight from mumbai to doha was delayed for over 8 hours. I had to get a new flight as i was only in doha for a short time. I was promised a refund and received nothing. My flight was ix243 on the 1st november 2018 my pnr reference is aipaaq. I was sent emails and texts informing me of the delays with no reason why. I was stuck at mumbai airport hungry and tired and wasn’t allowed to be issued a boarding pass to enter the main airport...

Pls be inform that 31/01/2019 from 8:10 am flight delay frm tvm and after coming to calicut this flight has to go 10:55 am. But still flight didn't arrived. Now they are telling flight is delay and expecting to come frm dubai 14:15 pm. This flight is shameless and the staff of air india express irresponsible staff. Which have no information about what they are doing.

I repeat this is a shameless flight. It will never gain....

We flew airindia express from calicut to al ain on 10th january 2019. We booked the front row seat but did not get it. We paid extra 790 per ticket but got the last row seat. I would like to get the money back please.
We booked the front row seat because we are elderly people who need some convenience during flight. Its very unfair that we pay for the front row seat and somebody else sit on it!...

On 11th oct 2018 we boarded the flight ss per schedule. The flight was flown for kulu but half the way diverted to chandigarh air port due to bad weather. The crew of the flight informed that the flight is not going to kulu and advised that passengers may continue their journey...

I am rahul puliyakkadan travelled in ix 814 with pnr no ixkckk from dubai to mangalore on 6th oct 2018. During my travel my baggage got damaged (Number locked baggage damaged when airport staff tried to open it for a robbery). Air india express is responsible for this kind of robbery attempts. This is really punishable offense and can never be forgotten.

I was forced to cancel my air india express booking uteeyr (Attached) because of the kerala floods and
Because the kochi airport was shut down during the scheduled flight date and there was no way my
Daughter could reach the trivandrum or kozhikode airports due to the floods. I did the cancellation on
14/8/2018

It is now 14 days since cancellation

I booked the both way ticket on 26th July 2018 from air India express with my credit card the amount of 10, 000rs same time I cancelled the one way ticket so far refund was not made from Air India express, but Abudhabi Bank fine me for the late payment of 2800 rupees, Please help me to find the solution .

The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not issued.
Now i have made alternative arrangements and don't want the ticket anymore.
I tried to contact airline office in pune but they said the refund will be paid with in 2 working days. So far nothing is done.
