We were traveling back from abudhabi, uae to new delhi, india on 24th of may 2017.
My mother in law age 86 was booked with us on air india express on flight no ix-116 vide confermation no u4gobr.
To our horror the booking person denied us wheelchair and then asked for a charge of 195 aed for the same.
Although air india advertises that it is for the passengers but the service was pathetic, they could not see an old lady...

I was supposed to travel to kuwait on the 27th of september from kozhikode international airport. I had managed to reach the check-in zone 1 hour before the boarding time and the response from the concerned officials were surprisingly shocking. Without even making a phone call or a try, he told me that i couldnt fly that day. Conformation no kku4df name kiran pal singh flight no ix-116, i cancelled my one ticket on 30 dec 2016, my refundable amount is aed 331 (Lumsum) did not get my amount yet this ticket booked through phone using by credit card dated[protected], but they are saying that ticket book through cash but i did not receive any kind of cash, i called to customer care 8 times they always says your request is on prosses.

Dear sir,

This is to register a complaint on my lg smart led tv which i brought from qatar to manglore air port. It was tested on purchse time and was working good. Once i reached home and unboxed the tv it is found damaged inside. I tried to call the air india express office, unfortunately i didn't get proper answer.
Here i request you to consider my request and compensate for the damage.

Myself sreenath, travelling with my wife and daughter (1.3yrs old) from trivandrum to doha via calicut. Im writing this from calicut intl airport, we landed here by 8am and fligh to doha was supposed to 11.55am but it got delayed without any information. The display board was still showing 11.55 even the time crossed, later upon inquiring the desk, they said the flight is delayed untill 1.30pm with no information to us....
