I am ravi.G, have purchased a new broadband connection on 08-feb-2017 But i didn't get any response till now Even though i made a complaint for 3 times with in this period and i have Cancelled the connection through Refund in online . I didn't get any response till now Even though i made a complaint for 5 times .Also i didn't get proper response from customer care executive regarding this issue.Please refer below...

Broadband switch over to other plan

I have applied broad band in Airtel plan 999 for 40gb net n 16 Mbps speed n received connecting using for more than 3 months . I have paid installation charge 1000 for that. Now suddenly speed decreases as 8 Mbps speed. I informed to customer care n asked to solve problem. Asked to switch over plan to 899 speed with 40mbps . They said ok but they again asking installation...

Not able to recharge through Online and Not getting messages

Hello Team,

3 Months back, I was migrated airtel postpaid to prepaid connection.
After that now itself I cant able to recharge through airtel app or any internet applications. But same time cash debited and after few days later its coming back!! Its not a problem with bank, because I am using same bank and app for another recharging that's seems fine !!!

My problem is why I cant recharge through these...

Postpaid connection service dropped

On 25-Feb-2017, my service got disconnected. I have called customer care and was asked to check the SIM card and handset. But none helped. So I was asked to get a duplicate SIM, which was done on 27-Feb-2017. I was told that the SIM got activated by evening, but didn't happen. I have called customer care and was told that it is due to some technical issue and was advised to wait for another day. But even after one day, SIM was not activated....

Billed more than the committed amount

Airtel customer care executive committed that they will give a discount of 800 rs for 6 months and i would be getting the billed amount around 400 rs but again sent me the bill with 1250 amount. When i called customer executive they are keep on delaying for correcting my bill amount. And they have even given the interation id : [protected] but they are not ready to correct the bill.

Airtel is doing all false promises and end...

Sending wrong bill and demand already advance paid money

Hello, last month one of executive from Airtel called me and told, they can give me a 499 plan which is having 7gb of Internet free every month, 100 L/N SMS free, roaming incoming free. She told me that it's 549 plan with Rs.50 off. So I decided to apply MNP and change to Airtel. But now I am getting only 2 GB Internet and its 549 plan and not 499. I am cheated. Please help me from this fraudsters or help me to apply for number portability....
