I have place order on 22nd November 2021 . It's been 20 days my order is not delivered. We did not expect this kind of service. I'm continuously writing them mails but they are not responding properly.
I am Still waiting for the update but had no response from them.

I paid for the order with my debit card bt I haven’t received an refund after cancellation !!

There is definitely something wrong by your end
Its been more than 10 days!!

You guys told me you initiated and completed the refund on 25 NOV

Order id. FL[protected], return id. RT48937851. Self shipped through Indian postal Service tracking id. CA[protected]IN. Got confirmation that it was recieved by returns manager Bangalore address. Following up ajio customer care but they don't care. Been one month now and everytime I call they say it'll be done in next 24-48 hours. My money is stuck with them worth 2500....
