@AJIOLife please stop cheating your customers. There is a forgery happening with your logistic back end team and with the delivery partner. My order is FL[protected]. I have ordered 3 products and by mistake selected the wrong address. Whenever I realised that immediately informed the customer care to cancel the order. I have received broken wooden frame

Address: 29th Main Rd, Old Madiwala, Jay Bheema Nagar, 1st Stage, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068

I have received broken wooden frame on 16 thursday 2021 of december.
1st of all its not even wooden they send me plastic material, secondly that product comes under non refundable policy and 3rd its broken and company have not provided good material then who is responsible. I am just a student and dont earn money. I believe in ur product but company disappointed me as i got no help from them . What will i do with this product, I suppose...

Not refunding the amount for the product which is not delivered

Order number FL[protected]

The product was supposed to be deliver by 26th of November but since 19th there was no status change on the website so I called the customer service after 26th they asked me to wait till 2nd then till 6th and told me the product cannot be delivered and now they are not refunding the amount. I have send so many emails and called customer service they keep on giving me further dates and now they disconnect...

Not getting my money since from 1 year

I got the refund of a product last year which I purchased from Ajio online but the mobile number on the account is not with me physically as my number has changed now...I am constantly Calling on Ajio customer service and sent lots of emails to change my old number with new one as it's required to withdraw money from my account as otp goes to the registered number everytime.The otp is also not going to the registered email of which I've access...

Product Return

Edit account information

I'm unable to use my ajio wallet. I have already filled a complaint in the month of SEPTEMBER 2021. To use the ajio wallet, the OTP is being sent to my previous mobile number which is currently not in use. I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE THE MOBILE NUMBER BECAUSE TO EDIT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION, OTP IS BEING SENT TO MY OLD NUMBER (NOT WORKING). In both the cases, OTP is being sent to my old number which is not in use.

Invalid return ship address with no phone number

I placed an order FL[protected]
but the product was very big so did a self ship to return it in address provided by Ajio. I shipped the order on 10th but because the shipping address does not have a phone number and the courier service unable to locate I. My package has returned back to me

As company as big as Ajio. You do not even have a valid return adress with phone number. You are making this process of returning...

Order unable to cancel

This product was Added up mistakenly. After placing my order then only I get to know that an extra pant is added ...then i tried to cancel but I'm getting the error as showed and still it is in my orders list. still it's not cancelled. Not able to use ajio wallet money

I returned some products and they refunded me my money into my ajio wallet, now when i want to use that money to buy something it keeps showing me "oops, you payment has failed".
now i don't know if this is fraud or some technical Issue but i should be able to use my money
and i don't want to transfer my money as many people don't receive it....

One hoodie is showing as canceled on the app and one is still not shipped in the app. I receive both hoodies in one packet worth 1100 something. I order one saree on 18th of September i paid through credit card Rs.1968/- but i received wrong product that i return on 30th of September that time they promise me the refund amount will be credited on 13th of October but still my refund is not credited from 13 th of October weekly once i am calling to customer care raising the complaint but there no use and finally my complaint closed then i started mailing to customer care in there also...
