ridiculous delay with a blame on the festive season...they have an online track package system in place and it does display today as a delivery date and your customer service informs me that it is going to be delivered by a further 5 days later ..then why have a online tracking system in place? Also I have to call to be informed about the delay.Cancelled the product and the refund is going to take close to a month due to festive season...Clearly...
