Amazon had refunded an amount of rs.596 in my bank account on 06/10/2019 and that was supposed to be reflect to my bank account by 14/10/2019 as per their policies. Again and again i am calling the customer care of bob but no one is picking up the call. On[protected] i was luckily interacted with one of the representative of bob customer care and she said i will get the refund to be credit within 7-14 days after the refund initiated. After...

I fill my form and allows to pay payment but ned pay payment and debited from accout 1300 rs
I am trying to get refund is amount.
My form was not submitted nd amout also debuted from account.
Its give otp and give to permission to proceed. Im allowed to server to give payment to university to conplet the process. Its take time for processing and after its give result opps that note payment done by bank

I purchased mi a3 mobile phone on 28 september 2019 from amazon, and i pre-paid 12, 999 inr, but i cancelled that order. I did not received my refund yet. I had ordered an product amazon due to some reason i returned it. They had initiated the refund but i am unable to get my refund reflected in my bank account. They had also given me the refund reference number.
The amount of which has to be refunded is rs. 167.
I had called the bank customer service but they totally denied to help me in this case.
They said they are uanble to track my money with refund reference no....
