A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 12th april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of baroda account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

On 22nd april 2019 i use bob debit card for shopping from amazon worth price 21990. After 10 min. Amazon cancel the order and mail that we have refunded the amount to your bank and wil transfered to your account with in 2-4 working days but after 6 days no money refunded. I call the custumer care service but the lady monitar says that 'the account no. You entered is not correct. Please help me....

On 15 april i cancelled order of dell vestro. Amazon saying that refund is initiated. But i have not received any refund. They gave me reference i'd of the product.
