refund delayed

A refund has been made by amazon on 28th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....

I've not received my refund from amazon

refund amount is not showing in my account

Respected Sir,
I beg to say that my refund of Rs 20020 is issued from amazon.com on 24-04-19 and as per bank of baroda it is said that the amount will shown to my bank account after 14 days but on 10-04-19 after 16 days too it is not showing in my bank account. didn't received refund which was processed by flipkart

Refund of rupees 242 and 19 was processed by flipkart on 22nd march but yet it's not transferred to my account. I complained to flipkart but they said refund paid from them you confirm from your bank.

They send me refund update:. We would like to confirm that the refund of rs.19/- and rs.242/- was initiated by the seller to your bobaroda debit card on 22 mar 19 and it should have been credited by now.
