machines not working

Every time in the atm machine use to b closed its now working since 3 days in juhapura branch ahmedabad please provide good machine in the branch of juhapura each and every time it use to shut off n no a/c are working. I think i made a mistake in opening the account in bob bank. Hope dor your cooperation as soon as possible or ill plan to close my acount here as many public faces the problem here....

takes long time to get refunds.

Recently i purchased some products from known online shopping sites and returned some of them. I had paid with my debit card. It's been more than a week since the app shows that they have refunded the amount. But, it still hasn't reflected in the bank. This delay has also started ever since i took the new debit card. A refund was generated by the Amazon company regarding to the return of my order but after 7-8 days passed, It's not reflecting into my account.

ticket refund not received yet in my ac

charges on debit card used for savings account

New rule on debit cards really ruining my mind. Even usage of debit cards in petrol bunk, gas, etc applicable for charges 10 +18% gst? Effective from 1st apr 2019. refund is not received in my bank account

A refund has been made by amazon on 3rd April 2019regarding a product which I've buyed from the Amazon. but the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them.I have talked to them and gave them a written complaint but there is no response coming So I need to file a charge disput On them to get the full detail....

this amount refund by amazon on 05/04/2019 but not show in my acct.

amount deducted from account neither refunded nor credited beneficiary account

I am the customer of your bank since last many years. On 7/04/19 I was making a UPI transaction through PhonePe application of Rs. 16, 800 at 11:48 PM. The transaction went failed at the same time and the amount of Rs 16, 800 has been deducted from my account. Right now I am out of funds and facing lot of problems.
Regarding it I had followed all the steps and also speaker BOB Customer Helpline several times. But didn't get any good...

online upi transaction through paytm

I send money from paytm through upi of bank of baroda, the transaction failed due to bank servers but money was deducted from my bank account, its been 48 hours for the transaction but still money has not refunded. It was said that bank takes about 48 hrs to refund the money but it has no been refunded, i also called the bank's customer care but they were helpless also the paytm customer care was help, please help me out and refund money...

refund the deducted amount

It is to state that my money got deducted while transferring it from bank account to paytm wallet on 7 april, 2019 but the money (Rs 4000) didn't get added in my paytm wallet. I talked about this to customer care and they gave me a link for the same which is supposed to be non-existing. It's been 5 days now and still the money didn't get refunded. Same happened in google pay for rs 90. Screenshots have been attached. Hoping for this problem...

lien balance

There is a lien balance in my bank of baroda account. I can't use that money. Kindly release that amount as i don't know why they have done this. Reaching the customer service representative is also very difficult and also they don't have any proper answer.
Kindly solve this issue as i can't use my own money. It's also very confusing as it will show a different effective balance. We have to open the mobile application or net banking...

complaining about money transfer

I have not received a refund of my product yet
