complaint against misbehaviour

Through the column of your complaint cell, i am going to draw your kind attention towards the misbehaviour of bank manager posted at jkbank "manwal" for the following reasons:
1. Bank manager had deducted an amount off rs 19000 without my consent.
2. When i visited him for the above query, he misbehaved with me and used stupid words.

refund has not been credited in my account

I had purchase a thing from Amazon but they couldn't delivered at my place. And i'd paid from my credit card. I'd talked with Amazon customer care they told me that they had initiate our amount. Amazon has been refunded from there side but the Amount has not been credited in my account. The reference number is 74332749095909329322097.
Please do the needful asap....

refund is not being reflected in account

A refund has been made by amazon on 14th of April regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....

amount debited from sender's account still not reflecting on receiver's end.

My account number associated with bank of baroda : [protected].
A credit amount of rs.609 and rs.4349 has not been reflected to my account lest according to amazon.in, they have initiated the transaction process on 14th april, 2019. Amazon has provided me with a reference number: 74332749105910491981569.
Bank of baroda ustomer care representatives arent helkping either....

transaction is failed but amount deducted related issue

And the amount has 1500rs deducted from my account. But the payment status is not completed showed.

why you need id xerox in bearer cheque that too I have orignal proof

I imran sheth have came to bharuch mohammadpura branch to withdraw amount from my father account i showed my orignal adhar card. He asked zerox from me. Show me the law that you need zerox in bareer cheque. Compaint shoul be solve in 1 week or the thing which i do with your bank or employee will be your responsibility. [protected] if i will not get reply in 1 week it be untorelable for your bank...

amount not credited in my account

I was supposed to receive a payment from a merchant as i had returned a product. But the same has not been reflected into my account even after 74 days. The merchant has provided me arn id.
I’ve had a word with the customer care as well as base branch and submitted multiple complaints but no resolution for the same has been given to me.

my money was withdrawn by unknown person using atm

On 22 april 2019, 25000 was withdrawn from my account by unknown person using atm. The money was not withdrawn by me and i have my debit card with me when the transactions are happen.

redmi 6 pro mobile refund not received on cancelling

My refund amount of 1065 rs & 764 rs not credit into my account instead of seller from flipkart already process the refund from their end. Bank has already unnecessary deduction of 11.65 rs from account 5 times. Kindly take action against bank of Baroda, Bahadurgarh. Kindly find the attachment of mini statement. Refund reference no & Arn no already provide by flipkart but bank customer care not credit the amount till yet....

charges on rupay card for filling of petrol

Dear sir, as the time of demonetization i used my debit card at a petrol pump at jaipur.
As per prime minister said no extra cost will be charges on the transactions through cards (Debit/credit)
When i swaped my card for 210.00rs. At petrol pump, surat, i got massage from banking service that " rs. 221.80 is debited to my ac/no. [protected] on 15.04.19 at pos.
Now, let me know this is right to do so, as our pm is randomly...

amount of refund not received from amazon

A refund of rs.24999 was initiated by amazon on 5th april, 2019 but i haven't yet received. I filed the complain thrice with amazon but the issue remains unsolved till now. Transaction id is[protected]. Branch govindganj, shahjahanpur. Ifsc code barb0shacan (Fifth digit is zero).
It has been a long time now and i was asked to file a complain with the bank.
Kindly resolve the matter soon....
