I am extremely disappointed with bank of baroda services i had informed to customer care employees so many times but no one would help me out. I am an old customer with bob and i am very disappointed and insecure with the kind of service given.

I ordered a product online and made payment through bob upi. The transaction was failed bt amt was debited from my account. No amt was recd by seller. Yet the amt was debited from my account on 1st april. I cannot reach any bob helpline number boz there all executives are always busy 24*7.. Plz help on the issue and provide me the refund.. A refund of rs799 had been made by amazon on 30/01/2019 with refund reference number#[protected] agains canceling an order which i had ordered through the amazon.in but the refund has not been received yet in my bank of baroda account number [protected]. I used upi's vpa - [protected]@barodampay to make the payment.
