This is to inform you that
1. I have paid Rs 50 and told him to give ticket upto baiyappanahalli, token giver returned RS 20 back.Later realized there is a metro upto K R puram, then I returned Token and told him to update.Sir he has taken Rs20 and total is Rs30+Rs20 but did not update it but told me to pay Rs5 at K R Puram exit. when I tried to exit it was showing insufficient balance but paid Rs.5 and raised my voice about cheating.Please take care.
2. Aslo While travelling in metro train 3 drunk people where on the train.i had kept my luggage bag towards side. one of the drunk fellow told that move some more deep below sitting seat but i did not do. i told it is kept in proper position. the drunker kicked my bag deep inside.
I was travelling from Majestic to K R puram at around 7.30 pm to 7.45 pm.
I request you to do justice to both.Thanking you sir.

      It is with utmost displeasure I am writing to you for the great inconvenience caused to the public by cutting short the route till Garudacharpalya.

      It is causing immense suffering and distress to the public travelling up to Kundalahalli stop.

      Request you to restore the route back to Pattandur Agrahara.

        I am using one city one card which I borught in chennai, whenever I try to recharge it in any metro stations in banglore, I am unable to recharge it and the staff members always said that they are unable to recharge the card stating that there is bank server problem all the time for past 4 months. I am even not able to claim online balance update from the machines in the customer care in the metro stations.

          Hi,

          i tried to book metro through whats app money debit from bank but i not got qr code i asked metro customer help area they told money should be refund with in 7 days its beings 15 days i have not got my money back
          please solve my issue .

                We live in kasturi Nagar RTO office side.
                There was already a rule we came to know that construction should be stopped by 10pm. But the metro construction is going on after 10 pm and the noises are unbearable. Also we have the underpass construction so it seems we are not at all able to live or sleep or talk peacefully.
                Kindly requesting you to please stop constructing from 6pm -10am.
                Our health and sleep is getting disturbed and not even able to work from homes and attend office calls.

                Are you even understanding our problem. Why the work is happening again only during nights. The metro construction is going on the whole night till morning 6 am everyday. Forget about good sleep but how can one sleep with such a high noise. Not even able to attend office calls in mornings.
                Please, our sincere request do not encourage construction works at night time. I know you’re doing a great thing. But not at all worthy at the citizens inconvenience.

                As mentioned few months ago it’s a rule in Bengaluru to stop construction maximum at 10pm. It’s not happening at all. Kindly requesting you do the needful m.

                    Was travelling from metro today and unfortunately had a very bad experience due to unethical behaviour of the women sitting in the ticket counter...The lady in the ticket counter was literally throwing the ticket and was showing very bad attitude towards the customers...so yeah the people in the counter should know atleast some basic manners of how to deal with the customers rather then showing useless attitude

                      There is a lot of noise which is made by Bengaluru metro construction near bagmane tech park mahadevapura. I stay in Durga rainbow society mahadevapura and after 9 drilling starts and it continues till mornings . Why is the construction done at night, this is increasing mental stress

                        I tried to book a ticket on 18th Feb, money was debited for order no: [protected], but I didn't get my tickets. I got the prompt that I've encountered some technical issue. Would like to request to refund the money for the same.

                          Dear Sir,
                          1.we are Not getting proper change from the ticket counters, they are not even telling the correct fare. Today from sandal soap factory to majestic, ticket collector has taken 30Rs but while check in it is showing 22Rs as charge.if he loots 10Rs from each customer in a day atleast 1000 passengers will take ticket so he is looting 10, 000Rs in a day. This needs to be addressed immediately.

                          2. MG road to yeshwanthpura, 35Rs is the charge but that madam charges 37Rs this is another complaint for today. All ticket counters are not monitored properly this is very bad in namma metro.

                            Good day sir/ madam,

                            Please note that following transaction with UPI transaction ID[protected] was attempted on 4th February' 23 at Lalbagh metro station for a journey ticket from Lalbagh metro station to Yeshwantpur metro station.

                            The transaction couldn't be completed and status was being shown as 'processing' at the point of time.

                            As I needed to travel I paid by cash and complete the said journey.

                            Now after a day, the payment status is showing completed and my money is debited from my account.

                            Please find attached screenshot and conversation with Google pay customer care support for your perusal and initiate the refund after checking the records for the said transaction as soon as possible.

                            Waiting in anticipation.

                              The parking staff at kr puram metro station were absolutely rude and did not allow me to lock my scooter even after they parked it in middle stand and when I asked why I was shouted at and asked to park on the road if I wanted to lock it. Is this any sort of acceptable behavior expected from a service oriented government Institution? I expect strict action to be taken against this so that this doesn't not happen again. There is a way to speak to customers and it would be great if the minimum etiquette of talking like a civilized human being is followed.

                                Hello Sir/Mam,

                                I recharged my metro card : [protected] for Rs.150 on January 22nd 2024. However the money has been deducted from my account but did not reflect in the metro wallet.
                                Asking for the same in the Indiranagar metro station, they informed me to claim the same in other metro station apart from Indiranagar, visited Byapnahalli metro station for the same but the spoc their informed me that the recharge itself is not recorded in the system.

                                Would request you refund the same to the original bank account.

                                  No refund even after a year wait and complaint !

                                  A payment of Rs.500 was made to recharge my metro card. It shows successful transaction even now in the app. But the card balance does not reflect the amount.

                                  Ran from post to pillar - from metro station customer care to raising grievance in bmrc to raising tickets to calling customer care. A typical government style response, but no refund yet !

                                  Ticket Number raised with BMRC - 33945...

                                  Request to refund the amount

                                  For my metro card recharge I made a payment of ₹300 through UPI.But, it was in the processing status for a very long time and I could not recharge my card at that moment .So, I had to buy a ticket and continue my journey.But after 20 mins ₹300 got debited from my account and the next day when I went to the person in the ticket counter, he says recharge cannot be done for yesterday's payment. And He asked me to raise a complaint to refund...

                                  Hi, I travelled on Bengaluru metro from Hoodi to Rajaji nagar two way on Dec 16th 2023. While going to Rajaji nagar the person in the ticket counter at Hoodi station (at 11:30 am) told that the price for 2 tickets is 120 and gave 2 tokens. While dropping the token at the exit counter in Rajaji Nagar, I noticed that it showed the fare as 50 rupees instead of 60. So, in the return journey I chose to pay using Google pay and they took 100 rupees for 2 tickets and I understood that at Hoodi the person took 20 rupees extra. I am not sure if this is happening at higher level or just at the employee level. Please refund my 20 rupees and take necessary action on the employee and to end this kind of cheating going forward, please put some kind of display at the ticket counters so that the passengers can know the correct price of their ticket. Thanks.
